This beautiful corner home has an outside gas fireplace on a lovely, large patio, a perfect spot to connect over a glass of wine. If you want privacy, there is a second private patio off of the kitchen for quiet dining and three cozy indoor fireplaces in elegant spaces. The kitchen boasts granite countertops, two sinks, a separate instant hot/cold filtered water faucet (great for an instant cup of tea or glass of water),high end appliances including a Viking 6 burner stove, Viking double oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator/freezer, warming drawer and wine refrigerator. Stools cozy up to the kitchen counter, and there is a beautiful table that can seat 8 in leather chairs. The living room, family room/kitchen and master bedroom all have large flat screen televisions.
The large master suite bedroom is romance itself. Along with a fireplace, Juliet balcony and beautiful decor, it has an Aireloom mattress on an Italian king-sized bed, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan, flat screen tv, and a large walk-in`closet. The bright master bathroom has two sinks, a Jacuzzi tub and travertine shower. The second bedroom has queen-sized bed, and the third has a single bed with a trundle bed underneath. The bedrooms both open up to a balcony, which overlooks the outdoor dining patio. An adjacent bathroom has travertine counter tops and a travertine tub/shower. The main floor study, a perfect spot to take advantage of the high speed WIFI to get some work done, also has two twin beds for extra sleeping space. There is a half bathroom on the main floor.
The front patio, with a fireplace surrounded by four Adirondack chairs has a a romantic fountain. The patio off of the kitchen has a Weber BBQ and an outdoor table and chairs for eight. Both are private and fenced.

The house is equipped with security cameras in the front and rear courtyards.
