Beautiful modern home on the river!

Our beautifully remodeled river house, with a huge, open, chef's kitchen is the perfect retreat for friends or family. This unique home sits on the "famous for fishing'" St. Joseph River. Enjoy the incredible view from the 14 glass doors throughout. Each bedroom has it's own glass door. There are two fire places and an outdoor fire pit. It includes a dock so you can bring your boat, kayaks, paddle boards or jet skis. Enjoy a scenic ride down the river to a rustic tavern where you can tie up for lunch or dinner outside on their popular dock or just a bit farther, more upscale dining at Planks Tavern. Many fish have been caught right off our dock, including a record catfish! Gar, Bass, Trout, Blue Gill and Salmon are also abundant in the river. You may choose to throw in a line while having breakfast or dinner on the dock. Enjoy walking or biking the beautiful neighborhood. Located just 7 miles, or a 15 minute drive from beautiful downtown St. Joseph and the pristine Silver Beach. Silver beach is one of the top Beaches in Michigan, with it's many walkways, Carousel, Silver beach Pizza, Splash pad, playgrounds for kids, food stands and volley ball courts. Here you can walk for miles on this sandy south west coast. Hike the sand dunes or visit the many winery's and brewery's . You can hop the train that runs daily in St. Joseph and be in Chicago in two hours. This location truly offers you the quiet privacy you deserve, yet with an easy commute you can be in the middle of much activity. Pets are welcome, at owners discretion. The backyard is fenced to allow easy access for your dog. There is also an outdoor kennel off the garage for pets that need a more controlled area. Come to the river!!
