Studios On 25th by BCA Furnished Apartments offers "Cool Classic" & "Chic Premium" Studio Apartments - 20 modern and classically renovated furnished apartments designed for short visits or extended stays with weekly cleaning service located in the most convenient Buckhead/Midtown Atlanta neighborhood, 1 block off Peachtree Street.

Your studio is fully equipped with modern furnishings, premium bedding and linens, and everything you need in a kitchen to dine at home. It's ideally suited for business travel or when relocation plans bring you to Atlanta.

Pets

Yes, we are pet friendly! We can accept up to (2) small to medium sized pets per unit, with some breed restrictions. Please tell us what kinds of pet(s) you have and some information about their breed, weight, and age. If approved, there is an additional $35.00 monthly pet cleaning fee. If your stay is less than 45 days, it is only a 1-time fee. Pet fees are charged separately after a reservation is booked. We ask that you make necessary arrangements so that your pets do not disturb other guests. You are responsible for any damage the pet(s) may cause and an additional deposit may be required based on breed, weight, and age.

Virtual Check-In, Minimum Age & Identity Verification

All Guests MUST check-in online using our Virtual Front Desk at least 3-days PRIOR to arrival or at the time of booking if it is less than 48 hours from the arrival date. Arrival instructions and property access will not be provided until the Check-In & Lodging Agreement are complete, and information provided is verified.

The minimum age to book a reservation with BCA Furnished Apartments is 21-years old. Age will be verified after a reservation is booked.
Like checking in at a hotel front desk though, we collect:

- A valid credit card for identity verification (all guests) and/or incidentals/damages (if allowed by the online travel agent)
- A picture of your Government Issued Photo ID (driver's license, passport or similar)
- A “Live Selfie”

BCA Furnished Apartments reserves the right to perform identity verification and criminal background checks on all guests prior to, during, or after a stay and may terminate a reservation for any reason without penalty to BCA Furnished Apartments.

Cool space and location

Very much enjoyed my stay. The unit is nicely setup, clean, and functional. Nicely surprised by how convenient the location is to get around the city. BCA WEEKEND STAY

Please make sure that all sites list your services accurately. Team BCA Response: Thank you for the feedback - We would love to get some more details regarding your reservation. From our end, it shows us you booked a "Cool Classic Studio" only listing 1 person (you) in the unit. I believe when you arrived you mentioned you had to relocate due to the unit not being listed correctly on the website. I do see the confusion with the collage of photos, but I do also see the drop link to have guest select the correct unit for details provided. Please correct me if I am seeing something different from your end. If you would gladly send me the confirmation email to best solve this issue, that would be great. Once again, I do apologize we could not meet the expectations you were expecting. We strive for excellence here and want to make sure we are doing everything in our power to make our guest comfortable and easy to accommodate. Great home away from home

Nice to have kitchen and home-style feel. TeamBCA Response: We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the home away from home feel we try to offer. Those who must travel often can get tired of having microwave meals or having to eat out every day so being able to make cooking your own meals at home a huge plus. There are lots of restaurants and museums within walking distance so you can leave your car parked most of the time.

Our family business, “BCA Furnished Apartments” specializes in Vacation and Corporate Rentals.

All of our properties are located in the Midtown and Buckhead. We have the best Property Management Team! You will get a response from us during regular business hours (since we try to relax and spent time with friends and family on the weekends).
