LIVING ROOM/KITCHEN/DINING – The condo features an open living room, kitchen and dining area, tucked-away top-of-the line washer and dryer, and a sliding glass door leading to the balcony for enjoying the beauty of Southern sunshine. The LIVING ROOM is perfect for relaxing with queen sleeper sofa and leather chair, antique faux fireplace and a 60" flat screen smart TV.
