The estate is appointed with four master bedrooms (all king suites w/ bathroom, the master bedroom also has a queen size daybed), the loft area has 2 bunk beds (twin xl over queen) and a couch with full size memory foam pullout, the private den has a futon, Entry/Rec Room area has a futon and daybed, the great room has two giant bean bags that fold out into king size beds as well as a couch with queen size memory foam pullout, there are also several couches throughout the house. We have accommodated large groups in the past; however, Airbnb's group size maxes out at 16 (please contact us directly if your group size exceeds 16). You can decide how the sleeping configuration will work for your specific group. Altogether there are 16+ sleeping areas. Please see photos for more details on sleeping areas.

The exterior (great for fishing or entertaining) has a huge dock area to park your yacht, gorgeous paver patio with pool and hot tub, tiki hut, sun deck for getting that golden tan. Nearby activities include rentals of stand up paddle boards, kayaks, bicycles, boats and jet skis. Four Kayaks are provided with the house for your use along with other activities like giant Jenga.

You will enjoy cooking in the Top of the Line Gourmet Kitchen, gas pro cooktop with pasta faucet, warming oven, oversize built in refrigerator and freezer, cottage sink with island, custom cabinetry, wet bar, wine cooler.

This is a gorgeous well cared for home, everything has been done FIRST CLASS. The entire home will be at your disposal except for one closet used for owner storage.

Palazzo Azzurro is situated directly on the river cornering the mouth of one of the many popular canals that Cape Coral is famous for, the mouth of the canals are teeming with fish that even the most novice of anglers should enjoy some success. From our home you can explore the many beautiful islands, restaurants and beaches only accessible by water.


The neighborhood is quiet, easy to navigate and close to shopping, dining and entertainment. Centrally located to both Ft Myers (minutes away) and Naples (half an hour). There is a beach minutes from the house at the Cape Coral Yacht Club or Fort Myers beach and Sanibel Beach are approximately 20-30 minutes by boat or car. If you wish to go shopping there are several nearby options. Gulf Coast Town Center, Coconut Point, Miramar Outlet Mall, Sanibel Outlets, Edison Mall, Bell Tower, Costco, etc.
