Reviewer Comments:
When we arrived at our rental unit, the door code did not work. Our call to the weekend supervisor was answered promptly and we were given a new code to get in. The door code was changed another four times during our stay. We've never had that happen before and are unsure of the reason for it. It continued to be an inconvenience as each time that we were locked out, we had to turn our phone on, at an added expense as we do not have an American phone plan. We paid for pool heat not knowing that our pool had a leak and they were not filling it. We learned that from the pool maintenance crew. You really couldn't swim in the pool because the water level was so low. The house was good but showed signs of wear and tear. The beds were comfortable. We would recommend that rentals do not have carpet as it does not hold up to a lot of foot traffic. The kitchen was very nice. The dishwasher ran but did not clean dishes. We reported this to be fixed after our departure. This was one of the cleanest rentals that we have had in our many years of renting.
