Corner-sited and on the 1st floor (above parking), the wrap around private balcony, with wicker lounge furniture, is but a stone toss to the ocean (only 12-ft. from ocean to balcony!). Travertine tile floors and ocean-granite counters compliment the spacious open floor plan with luxurious high-end furniture and gourmet kitchen. Enjoy all the comforts of home with king-size bed in the master suite and two queens in the guest suite. Cable-served flat-screen TVs in the living and bed rooms with hi-speed wireless internet for your computer and smart-phones throughout.

Key Colony Beach, the Florida Keys “Best Kept Secret” is home to Key Colony Point, our 31 unit condominium community, perfectly situated on the Atlantic Ocean with fantastic views. Driving from the mainland (130 miles) or Key West (50 miles), time and tension melt away with spectacular Atlantic Ocean views on one side of the Overseas Highway and Gulf of Mexico on the other.

Key Colony Beach is mere minutes from world acclaimed diving and fishing. Beautiful coral sand beaches and turquoise waters just outside your door, is a perfect formula for relaxation in our luxurious condominium.

Although you may never want to leave the ocean-front balcony, there are great restaurants, shopping and sight-seeing options nearby.

The perfect spot!!

We loved everything about our stay. Check in was simple, the condo had everything we could need and more, the views were incredible, and the property was perfect. Our family of 4 could’ve stayed forever. We loved the location and were able to visit marathon, key largo, Islamorada, and Key West with ease. The pool was perfect for the kids on the days that the tide was high and on other days we spent time on the property beach. Beds were comfortable and the recliner in the living room was everyone’s favorite spot (besides the balcony of course). Thank you Jeff for all of your recommendations, the guide and your quick communication. We will definitely be back! For anyone visiting, be sure to get dinner at Florida Keys Steak and Lobster House. Get the Wesley roll, yum!!! During the day visit Castaway Waterfront. Great food, unique story and service + they have a ton of manatees out back!

Stunning Views

We enjoyed our stay in this well appointed condo with phenomenal views. The sunrise over the water and afternoon shaded balcony were wonderful. Close to restaurants and attractions, yet located in a quiet area. The owner and property manager checked in to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction.

Perfect Stay in Key Colony Beach

The property, amenities, and views were perfect. The condo was absolutely beautiful with everything we needed and more to be comfortable and feel relaxed. Those views!!! Amazing!

Great Trip!

I read all the reviews on how great the place was and well....they're right!! The condo itself is huge and fit 5 guests comfortably. We were up every morning to watch the amazing sunrise and every night we'd do downstairs and watch the sunset from the nearby beach. The location is ideal, it's close to everything but yet you're out of the traffic. Very quiet location and we enjoyed the peace and quiet each night listening to the waves crash on the beach. If we ever go back to Martahon this will be where we book our trip!

Fantastic

We have a wonderful time at Key Colony Beach. The condo was exactly as pictured. Both Rich and Elizabeth were great to work with. We loved this unit - the views were amazing, the location is convenient and the amenities were great. The most unexpected surprise were the other people staying there. Our 14 year old was fishing off the dock every evening, and there were other guests that got to know him and shared their fishing knowledge as well. By mid-week, we would walk down to watch the sunset and everyone would call our son by name and ask how his day was, and what his fishing plans were for the evening. Even the grounds keeper went out of his way to help our son out. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

In addition to on-premise tennis court, heated swimming pool, hot tub, and fishing pier, Key Colony’s Sunset Park on the water is located just next door. There are several restaurants within walking distance. The Key Colony Beach community is very friendly for walking, jogging, and biking. Watch for the Key Colony Beach Farmer's Market.
