Spacious and Beautiful

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa. Wonderful location, with an awesome view. However I didn’t find it to be clean. There was hair in the shower and the ocean view windows look as if they haven’t been clean in months. Other then this I really enjoyed my stay and will visit again.

Better than expected!

Expected the the game room to be just a sale point, but young and old hung out there whenever we were home! Rooms were as expected and comfy (linen package prob a must - we got it). Balconies were great - 2nd floor balcony especially - such a beautiful view of the moon over the pier at night. Beach was great. Chairs and umbrellas sold out quickly every am so bring your own or get up *early* or reserve online (?). My elderly father loved to hop in the pool early before it got crowded. Overall a great experience.

Desperately needs a bathroom door

No door in the master bath downstairs is quite an invasion of privacy. This really needs to be rectified. All areas are roomy and the 2 fridges were great for food storage with so many folks in one condo. Great beach access and convenient elevator.

I read the previous reviews and thought improvements had already been made. Not so, but when I called upon arrival to find the floors extremely dirty and a used sheet on one of the main floor bedrooms, Management at Elliot Realties listened and promptly sent a cleaning crew first thing the next morning. By that time we had cleaned most of the area up and declined their services. We did meet their supervisor and reported a broken glass table top and a few other things. They came while we were still there and replaced the table top and fixed a broken toilet. Thank you. Also, the front room furniture is worn, holes in the stripped chair. We made due. Beach was wonderful, access to pier within walking distance.

Plenty of Space for large groups.

I was disappointed in the condo because it hadn't been updated as the information online had indicated it would be. Other people had indicated that was their case too, but I assumed the owners had time to make the needed repairs before August 2019. That wasn't the case. Each room has a bed, lamp and table, dresser and TV/cable. Some of the cable in the rooms didn't work. There aren't any chairs in the bedrooms at all. The MegaTouch game console doesn't work, but the pool table was a good option. The washer/dryer is a one piece unit and a little difficult to reach into because of the tight fit in the closet. The location is great and having a pool is a great option since the wind was an issue at the beach several days with red flags from the lifeguard. Very friendly neighbors with lots of kids, which our kids enjoyed seeing at the pool. Plenty of room for all of our family with 6 bedrooms and 5 baths. The bed linens were older and some were stained. That was a little disturbing for the price we paid for them. Also, we had to put the linens on the beds, they only come in wrapped packages. That was new to us. Overall, the facility was okay but not great. The location was very good. Parking on premises was nice but we still had to use the overflow parking because we had more that 3 cars with all the family who came from different locations around the southeast.
