The Cypress Falls Property is perfectly placed in the heart of the beautiful Texas Hill Country.
Located on over 70 acres of hiking, fishing, swimming, tubing, wildlife viewing, or just plain relaxing on the landscaped banks of the amazing Guadalupe River. A truly secluded, yet accessible location - minutes from Canyon Lake and the shopping, dining, and dancing destinations in historic Gruene Texas.
Perfect for a romantic getaway or a memorable family vacation.

The Sunday House is a 2bed/1bath cottage that is only bookable as an add-on to the rental of either the Cypress or Falls House.

Amenities: private riverfront, wifi, pool table, full kitchen, flat-screen TVs, a wood-burning fireplace, outdoor fire pit, washer/dryer, bed & bath linens, and more!

If you are planning a small event, wedding, or family reunion/get-together, 2 or 3 private homes are available to rent together on the property!

We also rent out all 3 homes together.
Rental of all 3 Homes on the property. Sleeps 18 total.
Cypress House: 3bedroom/3.5 bath home sleeping 8 total.
Falls House: 2bedroom/2bath home sleeping 6 total.
Sunday House: 2bedroom/1bath home sleeping 4 total.

Our relaxing getaway

For starters, my husband and kids were just looking to be by the water and enjoy being outside. However, we didn't know the backyard was so close to our own spot off the river. We were looking to rent some kayaks and try paddle boarding. We didn't have to worry about that since they were already available to us. The backyard is AMAZING and the poolroom was perfect to look over the all the animals in the front. The entrance to our stay was gorgeous as well. My kids loved riding our bikes through the trails and enjoy having the place to ourselves. Meredith and her husband helped us load all our stuff into the house and gave us so much hospitality to start our weekend off. They were there if we needed anything without overcrowding us. Our kids who are 13 and 17 loved the stay and could not stop talking about our next trip back! If you are looking for a nice relaxing place to enjoy family time or some alone time for yourself. Give this place a try, you will not regret it.

You NEED to stay here!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is such a unique property, you will not want to miss it. You feel secluded, yet you are close to all kinds of wonderful places to visit. If you don't feel like going out, there is plenty to keep you and your children occupied. My teenagers were in heaven with fishing, kayaking, Cornhole, and the pool table. We enjoyed walking around the property, taking pictures of the amazing animals. The hosts are fantastic and made sure we had everything we needed. They also made great recommendations of places to visit. This place is a gem.

Wonderful place to relax, unwind, and spend time close to nature.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would highly recommend the place to anyone who enjoys spending time outdoors. Our family had a great time swimming in the river, kayaking, fishing, and playing pool. The cottage was spotless and comfortable for our family of four.The owners are super nice and knowledgeable about the area.
