The building is located in the peaceful neighborhood of Setagaya, easy access to Shibuya.

Even our place is located just 9 mins away from Shibuya, it is quiet, peaceful and has greens in the parks. There are 24 hours vegetable stands and organic food convenience store located nearby.

There is also a famous local supermarket in a walking distance, where you can purchase not only fresh vegetables but cheap fish and meat. Guests can easily cook in the kitchen during their staying to experience local Tokyo life, which means, vegetarians, vegans and Muslims may like our place!

The apartment have Japanese room, dining kitchen, utility room and providing spacious bathroom and independent toilet. Each room has a cozy layout which ensure your comfortable stay.

The space

---ROOF TOP---
85 square meters of rooftop terrace is connected with apartment veranda by the spiral staircase. The terrace is provided with sofa, table and chairs so that on a sunny day, you can enjoy eating outside and watching Tokyo tower, Skytree and Shinjuku skyscraper and also we have a comfortable rocking chair for your nap! BBQ set is also available if you wish.

RESIDENCE UNIT
Residence unit has 16 square meters + of Japanese room, 20 square meters of dining kitchen, 12 square meters of utility room, independent bathroom and toilet, and it is located on the 3rd floor of low-rise apartment.

After walk into the large entrance hall, dining kitchen is on your right hand side. The kitchen is provided with professional use of sink and gas oven. Tableware, dining table with 6 chairs and childs chair are plenty. Put everything you need in a big refrigerator and be ready for your cooking.

At the end of dining kitchen, 16 square meters of Japanese room is connected. You can enjoy TV programs and movies with 50 inch of television attached with AppleTV in this room. If you use three Japanese table, you can enjoy chatting and eating together. We have 4 futon mats which is for 4 adults or 8 people if you come with small children.

Independent toilet and bathroom is located at the left side of entrance hall. A big bathtub has a reheating function. You can ease and relax your body by using overhead shower. Laundry and dryer is also provided but dry your clothes at the terrace is another good option.

12 square meters utility room is located at the end of shower compartment. This room has glass sides to enjoy the night view of Tokyo. We have a sofa that can be converted into a large double bed, video games and 50 inches TV which is connected to Chromecast to entertain your special time with your family and friends. We have a double bed and providing additional futon mats to accommodate 3 adults and 2 children.

On top of it, we also have a shower and toilet compartment which is exclusive use for condo guests on the ground floor.

In the garage, garbage dump is provided for 24 hours use (please be aware of separating trash). 2 bicycles are for the guest use.

--FREE SERVICE--
-Clean linens(including Japanese style sheets), pillows, and blankets will all be ready for when you arrive.
-Basic bathroom items are provided: clean towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, body wash, shampoo, hair dryer, etc.
-Irons are available per your requests.
-Babybeds and babycarts are available per your requests.
-Internet access is provided via home WiFi.

We have a pick-up service from the airport on your arrivals. Please reserve the service when you book the apartments.

5)Separating of trash is required.
6)Please use a toilet after the water tank gets full. If you flush before the water tank gets full, it may cause the pipe be clogged and overflow.
7) The person who book this room and the person who stay the room should be same. If not, please give us the name and contact information of the person who will actually stay here after you book.

During your stay, you are allowed to use whole 3rd floor on the top of condo, terrace, and the shower compartment on the ground floor as well.
