We give a maximum rating, both for the convenience of the place and for the amenity - the view from the terrace, the silence, the sound of the stream, etc." Once again we are always very pleased when guests enjoy their stay in Los Dos Pajaros. These guests were perfect, keeping in touch throughout the booking process and liaison with Anita, our House Manager. They asked to extend their stay a few days and we were glad that we were able to help. They are very welcome to return in the future.

Lovely house, stunning location, perfect.

We know Montecorto well and have stayed in several houses in the village (we have friends there) but Los Dos Pajaros was probably the best house we've used. It is in a wonderful position, at the top of the village with a stunning view of the hills from the terrace. The house itself is very comfortable and one of the best-equipped holiday houses we've stayed in - everything you could want in the kitchen, UK satellite TV and DVD player, a good selection of DVD's and books and a wood-burning stove plus excellent wall radiators if you're visiting over the winter. A real home. We spent 3 weeks in January and would have stayed for longer if we'd had the time and will definitely come back.

life does not get much better than this!

Just returned from a wonderful holiday at La Casita, Montecorto. Fantastic area for walking especially the Mr Henderson's railway and Cat's cave walks. The local villages are stunningly beautiful, none less than the incredibly friendly Montecorto itself.

Without a doubt though the true star of the holiday was La Casita itself. Leonard Cohen once wrote of "the wine you've always wanted to drink, at the table you've always wanted to drink it at, at the price you've always wanted to pay for it..." He describes the La Casita experience perfectly! The cottage is completely charming, beautifully and imaginatively decorated with much attention to detail. The views from the terrace are stunning and Bobby Dylan and Neil Young never sounded better than up there beneath the waxing moon and stars.

Amazing

I have returned from an an amazing holiday in Montecorto. This small

White Village in the moutains of Andalacia offered more than I

expepted,the people are very warm & frendly.

The house I stayed in was exactly as the listing, clean, creatively

desgned and well maintained.

The management of the house offered efficient service,nothing was too

much trouble.

The other villages I visited Zahara,Grazalema,Setenil and of course the

Ronda all of which were very different but all breathtaking.Having

visted these lovely places it was such a pleasure coming back to relax

in perfect surrounding and saver the day.

I would strongly recommed the house and Montecorto for a holiday, it is

the sort of place I fell in love with giving me lasting good memories.

The house will be ready for you at 16:00 h. Please collect the key between 16:00 and 19:00 h from the house manager, Anita Martel, who lives just down the same road on the right (at 7 Calle Nacimiento). Anita will then show you the house, the facilities and the safety features of the house.If you are delayed and later than 19:00 h, Anita will leave a notice on her door about the key. Anita does not speak English but is very efficient and will ensure that you have an enjoyable stay.You can park your car in the street in front of Los Dos Pajaros.
