The Space:
This large 3-bedroom penthouse suite has exquisite decor and is situated inside a beautiful residential area just a few minutes away from the beaches of Mexico's Caribbean and the Pueblo Mágico (Magical Town) of Tulum. This is a perfect choice for families and groups of friends looking for a paradise adventure.
This penthouse condo features:
- a spacious open living area with comfortable sofa seating and a Smart TV for relaxing downtime moments at home.
- a private terrace off the living room with Acapulco-style garden chairs for lounging and a table and chairs for dining al fresco.
- a fully-equipped open kitchen with all you'd need to prepare healthy meals at home plus a beautiful granite breakfast bar with four cushioned seats for dining comfortably at home.

You'll have exclusive access to the penthouse, your private balcony & rooftop area. But also you can access the lovely common areas at this condo as well like the pool, lounge chairs and palapa area surrounded by tropical plants and lush native vegetation.

Other Things to Note:
- Tulum is an area of high growth and at times you may hear construction noise. Just note that only happens during working (daytime) hours.
- Electricity & Internet outages are a reality in Tulum and completely out of our control. If our guests experience these outages, we apologize in advance, but Stella Rentals cannot be held responsible for this inconvenience.
- Stella Rentals grants you preferential beach access to ´´Playa Negroni by Tago´´. Contact your concierge to save your spot.
- The communal pool is currently closed for maintenance and will be out of service until further notice.
- Wi-Fi, TV, some bottled water, bed linens, beach, and bath towels are provided free to guests. Also let us know if you need airport transport, we can help arrange it for you!
- Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.
- There's no daily housekeeping buy If you need a cleaning service during your stay, it has an extra cost – Please let us know in advance. This service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. If you would like to add this service, additional fees will apply.
- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be 21 yrs old to book
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the condo and the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID upon booking, on the day of checking in, or during their stay for identity verification.
- Please avoid from moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed at this property.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, bottles, food or coolers are allowed in the pool, the use of disposable or plastic glasses are allowed.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.
Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property. Access codes will be provided to you within 24 hours before arrival.
