Fabulous "cabin in the woods" secluded feeling in this property that sleeps 6. Views of Peak One and Mount Royal! Comfortable and cozy living room with a gas fireplace, and queen size sofa sleeper. A master with a king bed and second bedroom with two twins, two full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with counter bar, and flat screen TV. Take a 10 minute walk into town to experience a variety of wonderful restaurants, shops and special festivities on select weekends. Or perhaps you would like to BBQ in the gas grill on the oversized deck while taking in the spectacular mountain views. A dip in the indoor heated pool and 4 hot tubs, and a visit to the sauna and steam room are always relaxing. Racquetball and tennis courts are included in the amenities. Laundry facilities are available in the Clubhouse and the Clubhouse has wi fi. The free bus shuttle will take you to all Summit County resorts and Vail is only a short 30 minute drive away. The unit is two blocks from the bike path that extends from Breckenridge to Vail. Safeway, Wholefoods and a Walmart are within a 5 minute drive. No smoking and no pets are permitted. This condo is in an excellent location and offers you easy living and unparalleled recreational opportunities in a year-round community with terrific access to all spots in the Colorado Mountains.

Perfect for getting away from it all, yet close to quaint Frisco town and 9 miles from Breckenridge, 7-minutes from Copper Mountain, 15-minutes from Keystone and Arapahoe Basin and 25-minutes from Vail.

Vacation Rental Amenities
Stay in this condo and you won't want to leave! Mountainside condos back to a wild life preserve and National Forest with 50 mile bike path and cross country skiing trails. Mountainside lake offers fishing and a great mountain view. Clubhouse is one of the best in the county featuring 4 hot tubs, heated pool, tennis and racquet ball courts, laundry facility, etc.

No smoking anywhere in or about the unit/balcony/deck or within 20 feet of any building or garages, or on limited or common elements the fine if it is $500 if reported that someone violated the rules. Per the HOA and Management. No Exceptions.

All AIRBNB, Booking, Expedia and others platform guests are required to fill a pre registration which shall include a valid credit card for incidentals. This is done though a secure system (Adobe Sign), which is compliant with all federal laws for security and storage.

Great location, spacious and cozy condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Frisco. The condo was well stocked, comfortable, easy to access, great covered parking, and great pool/hottub. We also enjoyed the fireplace. It isn’t updated as you can in the photos, but it didn’t bother us as it was clean.

Property is dated, has some stains on carpet and old everything, but it was in a great location, had a great clubhouse pool and hot tub and was steps from mainstreet in Frisco. Very close to major ski resorts as well.

Great Location, Great Space

This was great for family with teens. It's an older unit which means more space. Great views, and easy access to many resorts and downtown Frisco in a lovely walkable neighborhood. We will definitely be back.

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were taken away by the views from our back porch! The location was great and easy to find. There was some confusion about the bedding situation as we were told several times we would have 5 beds only to show up and find out that one was an air mattress that wouldn’t stay inflated and the other was literally a mat that you lay on the floor. We were misled to believe that 5 beds meant 5 legit beds. Only a few days prior to our stay did we find out that was not the case only because the app showed different than what we had been told (multiple times). We did go through a travel agent, so maybe there was some miscommunication. Aside from the bed situation, we were content with the place. We would stay there again we just hope they are more transparent about the sleeping arrangements next time so we can come prepared.

By our place that was swimming pool couple hot tub insiede and outside and laundry room. The carpet need update.
