Very nice and comfortable cottage. We enjoyed the easy access to South State Park on Higgins lake and riding our bikes around the area. Would definitely rent again. Annette and Dan were very helpful with any questions we had

Dirt bike trip

Property was close to several trail systems. Had a great time. All my friend commented on how nice the cottage was. Clean. Well maintained.

I take pride in our beautiful, well decorated, extremely clean cottage and work extremely hard to keep it looking nice :)
As one of our guests wrote in our guest book (located at the cottage), "Annette you should be extremely proud of your place. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back." The guest book is filled with years of wonderful comments and places our guest have been to.

Higgins Lake was once rated the 6th most beautiful lake in the world. With its deep, (stunning different blue colors) clear waters and mile of shoreline, the South Higgins Lake State Park and Beach is a lake you will want to spend the day at. Rent a boat, pontoon, jet skis, kayak and enjoy the day at Higgins Lake! The opportunities are endless fishing, boating, swimming (in the winter, people enjoy ice fishing and snowmobiling). Higgins Lake runs into Houghton Lake. Come and enjoy the beauty of Higgins Lake and spend time with your family and friends!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

You will enjoy the many benefits our place has to offer, including the cleanliness!! Next, is the feeling of 'home' as our renters have stated to us. The cottage has beautiful Amish hand-made log furniture throughout including queen log beds & kitchen tabIe. I truly believe in getting away with your family and friends and doing activities together that don't seem to happen in everyday busy lives we all lead, so you will find games to play, some books to read, movies to watch together and if its a rainy day (playstation to play together). What makes our place nice is the fact that I try really hard to make it 'feel like home'. We have some toilet paper, garbage bags, napkins, usually paper towels, and sometimes even coffee. Please feel free to call me or email me with any questions you may have regarding this wonderful, clean, place to enjoy with your family and friends. To help keep the place so clean we do not allow smoking or pets.

Just added premium Art Van couches for the family room!! We have a nice area to enjoy your food outside with our wrought iron patio set with umbrella. We also have 4 colorful wrought iron patio chairs to sit and enjoy in the front of the house on our nice spacious deck.

July 2018 Aerobed one touch comfort air mattress, twin.
June 2018 New Twin orthopedic foam mattress.

July 2019 New microwave stainless steel with black.
