Enjoy family friendly accommodations at our 2500 square foot home situated on an intimate cove with direct access to Lake Palestine.

The home has a large second level master suite with a soaking tub, king bed, flat screen TV, and lounge area. There are two spacious bedrooms on the main level, both with king beds and flat screen TVs.

The living room is majestic, with a floor to ceiling fireplace and a 25 foot wall of windows facing the lake. There is a separate entertainment room with flat screen TV with YouTube tv and a wet bar. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with a table that can seat up to 10.

Directly adjacent to the main house is a 1000 square foot guest house with a separate bathroom perfect for kids. It has sleeping accomodations for six, a flat screen TV, and a beautiful bathroom with a copper sink and tiled shower.

All beds have top quality mattresses and luxurious linens, and there is a large capacity washer/dryer for your use.

No lake house would be complete without outdoor amenities, and our home won't disappoint. In between the guest house and the main house there is a pool, hot tub with waterfall, fire pit, outdoor kitchen with a grill, pizza oven, and seating for ten. There's a boathouse with a sun deck, a sitting room, a slip for your boat, and kayaks for guests to use. The outdoor amenities also include almost an acre of lawn, and a wrap around patio with views of the lake. there is plenty of room for you to tie up your boat and/or jet skis at the boat house.

Beautiful Home / Minor Flaws

Had some issues with the hot water in the outside guest house shower (none at all) & Little things that did not function properly (bug lights, lights) has a heated pool with optional pay to heat in the app. However we were unable to heat it even accepting the fee. So technically you are not allowed to heat the pool or use the boats. The boats are not included nor do they have the option to pay to use. Overall it was a beautiful stay. Neighbors around do not like noise after 11pm. If you have older teens who make the most of late night smores by the fire, I would not recommend. They are anti VRBO homes. Enjoyed our stay there other than those quirks. They did not damper some well spent family time!

Great place to take your family for a relaxing time. Beautiful Property, nice hosts. Very responsive if you have any questions. In a residential neighborhood, but is very quiet. Will be going back for sure.

home away from home

I have been to this property several times with personal family and also with my staff from my child care center. We all ways have a good time and use everything the property offers. The owner of the property is always very nice. The property manager is nice but does not always follow through with what she says she will do. The last two times I have gone, once this year the first part of June I was with family there and the pool wall and floor was slimy. This time this month I was there with my staff. The grounds manager said the pool had just been treated a couple of days before and her son would be over to vacuum. The pool again this time was slimy on the walls and the floor of the pool. The manager never came to vacuum the pool like she said so I could tell her there was slim growing. Two different staff slipped while getting in and the other slipped when getting out because of it. Over all other than the issues with the pool all was great.

Fun at the Lake for the 4th of July

What a great VRBO Lake House. Very clean. Very nice. We truly enjoyed our stay. Pool was great. Both houses remained cool and were very comfortable. Beautiful views of the lake. Highly recommended. The property manager was very helpful and friendly. Always responded quickly. 4th of July was our 58th Anniversary. We obeyed the rules about NO Fireworks, but we would like to thank all our neighbors for putting on such great displays for us! Thanks for helping us celebrate! This is a Top Notch vacation place.

With one branch of the family in Dallas and the other in Nacogdoches, the Tyler area was perfect. We purchased the home with my brother and my family and all of our guests have enjoyed making memories there.
