Overall not a terrible condo; mattress was old and worn, kitchen was adequate, no WIFI was available, it's the 21st century get with it, I've stayed at real dives that had WiFi! Beach was much, much smaller than pictures illustrated, in fact it was a strip of sand not much of a beach at all. Instructions were to was dishes, no plug for the sink to do that, take out the trash, hell might as well of done the laundry and made the bed. Again, I've stayed at some real dives over the years and for the price this was not a dive and didn't even have basic services expected me to do it for them. Back sliding door didn't lock, it was broken.

We were looking for a calm place with a balcony view of water! We found it in this condo rental! We enjoyed exploring Traverse City and area knowing we had a quiet place to return each evening. This was the cleanest Vrbo rental we have experienced to date. The condo was well furnished with everything we could want. Our biggest complaint was the uncomfortable bed. I wondered about the bed when I saw it in the photos. I was right. A light weight metal bed is poor support for a mattress set. The mattress set needs to be replaced along with the bed frame. Put in a love seat that converts to a bed with leather or faux leather upholstery instead of the cloth futon. It will clean better and there will be more room for a more comfortable bed. The only reason I would not recommend this property to a friend would be because of the bed.

Cute, well furnished unit. Just right for 2 people. Plenty of supplies/linens over and above advertised. Bed was a little soft. There was no DVD player even though advertised. Thought we would sit out on patio and watch it rain but roof over patio was open deck floor from above so rain dripped on us. Good location for traveling to nearby attractions. Would definitely stay here again. Very good deal for the money.
