Please note the cottage is not situated directly on the water. The first photo is the area of waterfront access and part of the overall property. The first photo is kayak launch area and grassy spot with chairs for taking in everything on the waters edge. The waterfront access is included with the cottage and is approximately 500 feet from cottage. It is fine for swimming but access at different tide points will change. The initial entry is a large, very flat rock for 20 ft then turns to random boulders. A level of agility is required to enter water for all activities.
