We built a 2 bedroom apartment 25 feet from our indoor/outdoor Hydro Pool. Both bedrooms have walkout French doors that face directly to the pool. The pool, bathrooms and bedrooms are wheelchair accessible. The apartment has a full size kitchen and living area that will seat 4 people comfortably on reclining chairs and sofa. This is a beautiful brand new place that is very bright inside from natural light coming in. The apartment comes with a Fridge/freezer, Glass top stove and oven, Coffee maker and filters, Toaster, toaster oven, pots and pans plus many other little things you want in a kitchen. The living area has an Android Smart TV and Wifi Internet. Couch in living area is also a sofa bed and the reclining chairs make a nice area for 4 people too relax. There is 2 bedrooms, the Lavender room has a king bed and dresser with matching night tables. The Green room has a queen bed and dresser with night table.
This place is part of a 6000 square foot house that we live in when not travelling in our motorhome. The apartment is all new and was finished june 2016.
It is in a very quiet neighborhood that is nice for walks and has parks and trails for people who like to enjoy nature.
You will love this place, it is beautiful. No children under 12 , not kid friendly, hot tub is for adults, no extra guests allowed, no family reunions allowed here

The BEST in Kitchener area

When we first got to the place, it was absolutely incredible. They had all amenities like a hotel (example: iron, washer, drier, kitchen, plates, utensils, snacks). The hydro pool is awesome and they also have their own TV outside so you can literally stay in the pool all day; which we did. The host were EXTREMELY accommodating and we would love to come back when we get a chance.

Wonderful retreat!

We loved it here! The kids loved the pool, the place was spacious, clean, and well-stocked. The owners were friendly and helpful. Overall, an awesome stay!

Convenient, clean.

Amazing week end

Really friendly and helpful, Terry and frank are just great hosts. The house is beautiful, the swimming pool is perfect temperature and size, and the inside of the apartment is nice and cozy. Nothing to complain about, this is a place I recommend anybody to go and enjoy as much as they can!

We are a young couple with a very big beautiful house we would like to share with you. We travel spend our winters in Arizona or Florida while living in our motorhome. Frank has a motorbike he rides from his wheelchair, so we spend a lot of time touring and having fun in the hydropool. Terry has 2 children, both are off to college and university. After building the indoor/outdoor hydropool building, we thought it would be a good idea to make the empty half of the basement into an apartment. We use this apartment for friends and family, and when not needed we enjoy hosting people from all over the world.

This neighbor hood is 40 years old with a lot of home owners whose kids have gone off to college or moved away. Very quiet area with no problems or theft. We have a park behind our property which makes it a secluded quiet place for guests staying in our apartments. You will enjoy the spacious apartment and all the amenities like the pool, patio, Smart TV's, free high speed internet. Listening to the birds chirp before the sun comes up every morning if you have your bedroom door open. Lots of parking for 1 or 2 vehicles. You can walk the neighborhood sidewalks and enjoy all the lovely homes and feel safe with neighbors saying hi as you pass by.
