My family (me, spouse, adult son and girlfriend, other adult son, and grandson) stayed here for our trip to Disney in late December. The house is a great size for all of us - every one had their own room, plus an extra. The house was clean and the kitchen was well equipped.
There were a couple of things I think others should be aware of:
First, we arrived late at night on the first night of our stay. After a long day of travel, some from the west coast, the hot tub was a welcome site. Unfortunately, it wasn’t hot. (Yes, we paid for the pool to be heated). I contacted the owner (?) the next day and was informed that the pool is heated from 8am - 6pm. They did have the management company come the next day to change the hours to 11am - 10pm, so the problem was temporary. It seems to me, that heating the pool during core hours of the day when people are going to most likely be out of the house, is not very “customer service” oriented. Like I said, they did fix it, and the pool and hot tub was used extensively after long days at Disney.
Next, each bathroom had a roll of toilet paper. Just one. The one that was on the spinner. When we figured that out, when someone was in need, we went out and bought toilet paper and paper towels for ourselves. Again, this is something you expect would be available - at least one extra roll in each bathroom.
Finally, unless you like sleeping on FLAT pillows, you’ll need to bring your own.
