The first-level apartment offers big picture windows as the ideal spot to watch sunsets over the ocean and dolphins cruising through the Santa Barbara Channel. An open kitchen, and dining room with trendy decor complete the beachy vibes. The condo complex also offers a beachside patio with two gas grills to cook outdoors.
PLEASE NOTE: During the winter months (November-March), the City of Carpinteria may erect a sand wall to protect all of the beachfront properties from winter swells and storms. While it protects homes, it does have the potential to block the view of the ocean from lower levels of the home.
