2+ bedroom, 2 bath condo overlooking the river trail with views of the Coonskin and Milk Run slopes. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Perfect for families and friends. Cathedral ceilings, lots of light, cozy living room - with Lift 7 just across the river. Swimming pool and hot tub at the bottom of the stairs.
The condo is on the third - and top - floor (we're the only apartment on that level), and has a master bedroom with a king size bed and attached master bathroom, a guest bedroom with a queen size bed and connected guest bathroom, and a riverfront sunroom with two twin beds - ideal for kids or friends (it has blinds on all windows and a sliding glass door).
The master bath has a tub/shower, sink and toilet. The guest bathroom has 2 sinks, a walk in double shower and a toilet.
The open kitchen is fully equipped and has all the amenities to prepare meals.
The dining room is next to the kitchen and the table sits 6 comfortably.
There is a small balcony with a coffee shop table and 2 chairs, ideal to relax and sip a glass of your favorite beverage while watching the mountains and listening to the sounds of the river.
The living room offers comfortable seating with 2 couches, 4 ottomans, and a large coffee table. There is a large screen HDTV with media player and a small stereo to hook up to your phone. The high ceiling and expansive views create a feeling of continuity with the outdoor surroundings.
The apartment is located right on the river trail, just steps away - across the bridge! - from the bottom of Lift 7. There's also a Telluride Sports at the bottom of Lift 7 for any gear you might need, as well as a ski pass office. The wonderful Clark's grocery store is right behind us, and several great restaurants and a wine shop are right down the street - all easy walking distance.
We have one reserved parking spot, should you be arriving by car (good for a sedan or a mid-size SUV; anything too much bigger and it might be an issue with the spot next to ours if they have a large vehicle too).
Please note we're on the third floor (top floor), and there is no elevator.
Please also note that there's a fireplace in the living room, but it's unfortunately not operable.
Lastly, we are grateful for the apartment complex's pool and hot tub, but we are not responsible for maintenance issues or closures. These are fortunately rare, but impossible to predict or plan for. We can't promise that the pool and hot tub will be operational, nor are we able to provide any refunds in the event that one or both aren't open.
