Costa del Golf: Esta parte de Espanha é bem visto como a Meca do golfe daí o título merecido de "Costa del Golf '. Este lindo apartamento está situado no centro desta área com cerca de 40 cursos dentro de um raio de 10 km. Os cursos de todos os níveis e todos os bolsos. Há também um driving range comunidade a menos de 500 metros do desenvolvimento.
Had a really fab time at this wonderful apartment! It is really spacious and well equipped and spotless! In a lovely quiet and tranquil location and lovely pools to chill out by! ! Kay was very helpful during our stay! We would highly recommend and and would definitely return!

The apartment in a great location close enough to the main attractions but ideal if you want some peace and quiet , stunning pool , balcony and surrounding views. This is ideal for a couple’s holiday, golf holiday or families of all ages.
Everything you could need and want inside the apartment and we were met by friendly faces to initially show us around the apartment and hand over the keys.
Excellent amenities, comfortable beds, fantastic shower etc. ……
Highly recommend booking a holiday here, you will not be disappointed. We went from the 9th July – 16th July 2012 and had fantastic weather almost too hot some days .
A hire car is preferable, however still easily accessible with taxis 2 minutes up the road at Hotel Barceló, local supermarket within walking distance and fantastic bars and restaurants in local facility highly recommend Benhavis !!!!!
We have stayed at this apartment three times each time we have had a wonderful holiday. From the courteous welcome from the couple who manage the flat to our final day we were amazed that for once the people who own the apartment know what they are doing! The furnishings are spotless and tasteful everything works the kitchen is modern and the bedrooms and bathrooms superb. Our main joys were the balcony for meals and the pools which are superbly kept and just outside the door.
San Pedro, a charming little town is 10 minutes away and there are a number of supermarkets nearby. Are there any minus points? Not really we found the air conditioning too noisy to put on at nights if you worry about people in the other apartments but when we were there not many other flats were occupied so we put it on on hot nights anyway!! No! have no worries this is one place that gets everything right!!
July 2010 - The whole experience was fantastic! This was the best holiday we have had in Spain mainly due to the beautiful apartment, excellent location and great facilities. Our party consisted of a family with little ones and it was perfect. The pools were never crowded, child friendly and of superb quality and very, very clean. The owners are very friendly and helpful and can't do enough for you to make sure your stay is an enjoyable one. The only criticism we have is that we didn't book for long enough - with the weather being never under 30 degrees and great beeches nearby 10 days or two weeks is a must. We are definitely going to go back next year.
This is a modern well appointed apartment. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom and the main bedroom has a large luxurious shower. There is a modern kitchen, a dining area and Sky TV in the living room. It also has a large balcony that over looks the 10th green of a local golf course where we took lunch on most days. The other side of the apartment over looks the pool area. This was never busy and there were plenty of sun beds to go around It is on a secure gated development with well maintained landscaped gardens and underground parking for your car. The apartment is on the first floor and there is a lift that the services all floors as well as the garage. The nearest shops are a mile away which included a supermarket which we found adequate for all our needs during our 2 week stay. There are also a number of cafes and restaurants. San Pedro Alacantra is a little over a mile away where we found a little place called Manolo's. The food was very good and not expensive. A two course meal for 4 with soft drinks and a bottle of wine came to 70 euro. Puerto Banus is a few miles up the coast if you want to rub shoulders with the rich and famous. The apartment is well placed to explore the surrounding area. We spent a day in Gibraltar (about 1hr drive). I suggest you park on the Spanish side and walk over the border. (have change for the parking meters). A drive up to Rhonda is a must. The town is full of narrow alleys with bars and tavernas, a Bull Ring and spectacular views from the bridge that connects the two halves of the town.The road winds its way up the mountain and there are great views on the outward and return journeys. I have recommended the apartment to friends and family but not before I had reserved the two weeks we want next year!
This is the 3rd time we have rented in the area & without doubt the best. A real home from home, very well equipped first class apartment with a superb pool and breathtaking views.
Our party comprised of people aged 10 to 78 and the apartment easily catered for all our needs.
The beaches were superb and Guadalmina was great for an evening stroll and drink in one of the many bars. Overall a wow factor!
The owners are extremely helpful - certainly hope to return next year.
