Apartamento à beira-mar (com elevador) oferece aluguel pelo valor excepcional. Na praia um impressionante recém-construído (2008), bloco de apartamentos. Villa S é um 1 quarto, 2 banheiro apartamento no 3º andar e tem uma grande varanda virada a oeste de onde pode desfrutar do sol de ouro. É espaçoso e bem decorados, com um quarto en-suite, ventiladores de teto e ar condicionado. Um grande plano aberto cozinha totalmente equipada leva a uma sala de estar decorados com bom gosto projetado para apreciar as vistas cativantes do Litoral Sul de todas as janelas. Piso de mármore frio em toda dar uma sensação Caribe única, com espaço e luz. Villa S oferece topo da linha de acabamentos, bancadas de granito telhas de mosaico, portas francesas de cedro e janelas com caixilhos de cedro. A piscina comum 540sq ft com expandiu terraço tem acesso directo a uma praia isolada delicioso. St. Lawrence Gap é o restaurante e entretenimento centro da ilha, no entanto, a propriedade está situada em uma área tranquila e isolada.

A Sweet Spot

We had a fabulous time at this beachfront condo. It had everything we needed and more...we were met by the property manager who provided us with a comprehensive tour of the facility and unit. He was very professional and courteous. The condo was stocked with the essentials. It was very clean and well maintained. The bedroom leads to the terrace which is a great way to welcome the ocean breeze into the bedroom. The bed was very comfortable. We cooked many of our meals and loved having our meals on the terrace with the ocean in the background. It was a nice romantic setting.

We would highly recommend this property. The beach is nice. The unit had beach towels and lounge chairs to use. There is also a small pool at the complex - very clean. Everything is in walking distance or a short bus ride to local attractions such as the local fish fry at Oistens. We had a car so we could get around the island. The complex has parking and security is on duty in the evenings. It truly was a sweet spot. We look forward to staying at this condo again. Thank you.

Superb beachfront apartment

We recently booked this apartment and it was our first visit to Barbados. Previously we had always gone for a top brand all inclusive Hotel but wanted to experience more of the Island than you would normally see on an all inclusive holiday.

From the start we were impressed with the help we got from the owners and the management team, offers of getting a shop in and all transfers were arranged with ease.

We have booked private accommodation before but only in Europe and some were good, some not so. On arrival we were really pleased with the quality and size of the accommodation and how great the facilities were, dishwasher good cooker etc. We couldn't believe our luck when we discovered it was on such a lovely beach.

As with the previous reviewer it seemed very homely and we felt totally relaxed staying there, something I haven't really experienced elsewhere it really felt like a home from home.

We had a fantastic holiday, made extra special but such a lovely apartment, all the other tenants were very friendly and it had a small community feel to the place.

I highly recommend this apartment for anyone wishing a relaxing quality holiday on a beautiful island.

My only disappointment was. I wish I'd booked 3 weeks instead of two!

Needless to say we will be returning very shortly and re booking this great apartment, and judging by the number of guests who re book I'm not alone.

A huge thanks to Richard and Lisa for making our holiday really memorable

Great Apartment in Paradise!

We have stayed in this apartment 4 times now in the past 6 years and feel like it is our home from home.

The service is excellent both from Richard and Lisa the owners and from Franklin and Juliet the managing agents in Barbados. The agents can arrange anything you need from a hire car or taxi from the airport to a grocery pack waiting in the apartment for your arrival.

The apartment is very well decorated and has all the mod cons you could need. It is situated in a small bay directly on the beach and comes supplied with sun loungers and chairs for you to use.

It is approx. a 10-15 minute leisurely walk from the heart of St Lawrence Gap where most of the nightlife and restaurants can be found. There is also a small supermarket at the end of the road which caters for 99% of your food and drink needs. There are also a couple of bars within 100m of the apartment if you don't feel up to a walk (Life is tough in paradise!!).

We are already booked up for this year again and I can assure any reader that you will not be disappointed with any aspect of this apartment or the service provided.

WOW Factor

This was our second reservation in this apartment and on both occasions I have been amazed from the moment I walk through the front door and so thrilled by the luxury feel. The balcony is huge and has stunning views of the ocean and as it is on the west side we have the benefit of watching the sunsets.

The facilities within the kitchen mean we can enjoy cosy nights in with a nice glass of wine which we particular like to do however there are restaurants nearby when you want to venture out.

We have booked for our third time and will be there for a month from late September and can't wait!!

Paradise!

We stayed at this property for a week in April - needless to say, this review is long overdue! I cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was and how great these owners were to work with (as well as the property management company they use)!

From booking, the property management (Juliet & Franklin) was available to assist with airport transfers, tour bookings, etc. We used them for airport transfers - the gentlemen that provided our transfers were polite and shared ideas of things to do while on the island. Juliet set up the transfers so that we paid them directly so that we didn't have to deal with the exchange rate with the drivers. Juliet met us at the property, showed us around and offered to assist with any tours or other aspects of our trip.

This condo is perfectly located on the outskirts of the St. Lawrence Gap - definitely within walking distance of the restaurants and bars. It provides the best of both worlds as you can get to the restaurants and night life easily, but the condo itself is located in a quiet area. The condo and the rest of the grounds are very clean and are also secure (you need a key fab to get in the building). They also have a security guard outside overnight.

Right next door to the condos is a little bar called Tyrone's which we also enjoyed. The owner, Tyrone, is a great guy and having a drink and catching up with him was a great way to start our evenings. The beach directly outside is nice and quiet, but once you enter the water it is a little rocky. There is also a beautiful, more popular beach about 5 minutes down the road (walking distance).

We have been to many destinations in the Caribbean, but this is our favorite to date. We will definitely be visiting Barbados again and would stay at this property again in a heartbeat!
