What a disappointment. When you pay extra for a place to have a private pool, you would expect to be able to use it. When there is no pool heat in January, a pool is not useable. In addition, I was attempted to reach out to the property manager several times 2 weeks and a week in advance to confirm whether or not there was going to be pool heat, as advertised. I did not get a response at first, until I kept following up with them. Then, the responses was we do not know if the heater works, but will let you know. Then crickets despite my continued follow up. On the day of arrival as we arrived in Orlando I get a message saying sorry the pool heat is “broken”. This was obviously intentional.
They refused to do anything for us because of this, not a dollar refund or anything.
Next the place is filthy and the linens are gross. I doubt that they were ever cleaned from the previous guests because they smelled. Our feet were black from walking barefoot in the home as it was dirty.
The neighborhood is great, but I would not recommend anything with this property management group called “At home vacations”. They are a poor operation with shoddy communication and poor cleaning crew in my opinion.
