Welcome to your 'Tropical Paradise'! As you step into this corner beachside condo on the 9th floor, you'll immediately feel immersed in luxury and comfort. Recently renovated with all the modern amenities, this condo offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and the sugar white sand beach below through floor-to-ceiling windows.

The spacious Master suite features a King bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private entrance to the balcony where you can enjoy the refreshing sea breeze and panoramic views. The attached master bath offers a combination tub and shower for your convenience.

The Second bedroom boasts a Queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and easy access to a nearby bath with a tub and shower combination. Plus, there's a full-size washer and dryer for added convenience during your stay.

The fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances will delight any chef in your group, while the ample dining space provides the perfect setting for enjoying delicious Florida cuisine.

Beach Manor amenities include covered parking, a beachfront pool (seasonally heated), a fitness room, and a spa with a Jacuzzi and sauna. Guests also have access to the amenities at "The Tides" condo tower, including a kiddie pool, Tiki bar, Basketball Court and Miniature Golf.. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent, and the nearby Eco preserve area ensures peaceful walks along the secluded beach.

Please note that Tops'L does not allow canopies or tents on the beach, and there is a $45 guest registration fee charged by Tops'L included in the booking cost. Welcome to your ultimate beach getaway!

It feels like home on the beach

Beautiful Views!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views from this condominium cannot be beat! They will keep me coming back to this unit again and again! The decor was lovely, and the kitchen was well stocked with all the cookware and dishes we needed. Access to the beach was simple and the property amenities were an added bonus. Additionally, the property management team was quick to respond to my emails and we’re always courteous. I was very pleased with these accommodations!
