I'm so excited to share our beautiful home with our guests. The Master bedroom has a King size bed and a huge walk-in closet. This room also has a beautiful view of Lake Ontario with a sliding glass door and balcony. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with a sliding glass door and a balcony overlooking the Lake. The third bedroom has 4 twin beds and two closets. All bedrooms have flat-screen TV's. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need for cooking or baking. It has a Refrigerator, Stove, dish-washer, wine fridge and 3 Ovens and warming drawer. The Living Room and Dining room overlook the Lake with 3 Sliding glass doors. Also, our couch in the living room is a pull out queen bed. Our home has a washer and dryer and a large 2 car attached garage converted into a mini playroom. Please note I cannot accommodate any weddings/ receptions.

Code of Conduct
Short-Term Rental Properties within the Town of Greece are to be maintained in accordance with the New York State Fire and Building Codes and the Town of Greece Codes to include Zoning Regulations. It is the responsibility of the property owners and any individual occupying the residence to abide by all applicable regulations, codes and laws. These are to include but not limited to:
- Noise Ordinance (Chapter 139) - Excessive Noise: No person shall make, continue or cause to be made or continued any excessive noise.
- Parking Regulations (Chapter 146) - This would include (but not limited to): No vehicle shall be parked on the sidewalk; block a driveway, be unregistered or unlicensed; parked within 15 feet of a fire hydrant; parked in an unsafe manner.
Dogs (Chapter 89) - Dogs shall be licensed and controlled as outlined in Chapter 89 of the Town of Greece Codes to include the prevention of excessive noise, disposal of feces, and the containment (leash law) of the animal.
- Refuse Disposal (Chapter 174) - Each property must have proper and sufficient trash receptacles for each resident and be serviced by a refuse provider licensed in the town of Greece.
Property Maintenance (Chapter 157) - In accordance with the Property Maintenance Code all properties shall be maintained both on the exterior and the interior as outlined.
Fire Prevention and Building (Chapter 114) - Properties shall be maintained to provide for life safety in accordance with the NYS Fire and Building Codes and Chapter 114. This would include (but not limited to) smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, means of egress, and all other life safety issues.
