SHORT DESCRIPTION: Welcome yogi's & conscious-minded nomads to @villamantrabali. We're a smoke,alcohol & meat free,high-vibe, 8-bedroom villa located 5 min via scooter from central Ubud. Rooms include free yoga classes 5 days a week. Personal training available depending on the time of year. Share meals & explore Bali with others.

NOTEWORTHY: THIS IS AN ALCOHOL, SMOKE & MEAT FREE VILLA. I'll give or guide you to great value and health minded restaurants, spas, healers, yoga studios, dances, adventure tours and more. I've been here a while, I consider myself a discerning foodie/health enthusiast who enjoys helping/guiding others on their journey.

THE SPACE: The villa is a touch of rustic modern living, open air and spacious. There is plenty of room to practice yoga, work online, sing, dance or just relax and read a book. We have a daybed upstairs, a lounge and a hammock in the studio for those lazy days hanging around the pool. We have two staff that clean rooms, common space, garden and the pool 6 days a week. Laundry service is available on site or we have a professional pickup service too.

GUEST ACCESS: Each guest has access to the pool, the yoga studio for a guided practice or when available for your own practice, shared updated kitchen, the downstairs living space is Japanese inspired tatami. The pagoda is a great covered space by the pool for working online, playing music, meditating or mid-day siestas.

INTERACTIONS: Often it happens the guest arrive as strangers and leave as friends. You have the option to join us for dinners out, yoga, movies, kirtans, ecstatic dances, beach excursions and more or you can do your own thing too. We have many who are traveling alone so normally they end up hanging out with some or all of us. We've made some really nice relationships over the years.

OTHER: This is Bali, it can be wild! We have roosters, ducks, dogs and other natural wildlife running around almost everywhere you go, including close to our villa. We hope you can appreciate this natural environment.

HOUSE RULES: Smoking, alcohol, meat free environment.
Mindfulness is the golden rule.
Take special care of the kitchen this is the heart of our villa, mind your dishes & countertops. We like to give the Kitchen a rest after 9:30pm.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW: The Antonio Blanco museum is just 2km away and is 1km walk to the amazing Ayung river and breathtaking Sayan Canyon.
Our villa is centrally located in a natural environment, a perfect place to spend your Bali adventure.

We are within minutes walking to many great restaurants, spas, shops, galleries The closest spa and one of the best in Ubud is our neighbor just next door.
One of Ubud's best restaurants and our favorite, Clear Cafe, is just down the road. Along the way you will pass by other restaurants serving BBQ, Sushi, Italian, & Indonesian as well as galleries, boutiques & a few awesome spas too.

GETTING AROUND: Walking can be fun, exciting or challenging depending on your motivation. :-) For those who prefer more adventure and independence, a scooter rental is available. Another option is to have our staff give you a lift into town each way. If you don't know how to drive a scooter, we have a good teacher, takes about three hours.
