SWISS 30 - Golf Course

Summary:
SWISS 30 is a villa 4 Beds + Mezzanine / 4 Baths / Large Pool / Pool Heated at extra cost / No Jacuzzi. BBQ rental available. Situated just 30 miles from Orlando and 30 minutes from Disney World, the house located on lot 30 sits directly on the Golf course. This big lot ( one acre) is beautifully landscaped and an java-scripting heated swimming pool, with south-western sun exposure, overlooks the fairways. The four bedrooms, each with independent bathrooms, and the mezzanine with two beds, fully equipped with half bath, sleep a total of 10 persons .The house is furnished with taste and offers an ideal setting for a peaceful and restful vacation that you will enjoy ! Please note , that 3 bedrooms have NEW wood floors  !

We do offer Monthly Winter Rental Program between January 1 until February 28th. Inquire today.

RENTAL OPTIONS:
The Jacuzzi or Pool heater is not included in your rental. Most villas (not all) have the option to heat either the pool or the jacuzzi (not both). The daily cost is $35.00 plus tax to have one of these options for short rentals – For our monthly winter rentals, The daily cost is $20.00 plus tax.

To include the BBQ rental, it would be a flat fee of $55.00 plus tax. This cost includes “1” full propane gas tank, and the cleaning of the BBQ after you leave.

You can also rent a golf cart from us. Let us know now if you would like to add any of these options above to your booking.

POLICIES/REQUIREMENTS

Always remember to book lodging before flights!
30% Deposit and Mandatory Damage Waiver is required to book our vacation villa.
Adults age 18 and older required to secure a reservation – with valid photo I.D
All Deposits are non-refundable. Final Payment due 60 days before check-in.
If a reservation cancellation has been received on or before 60 days of scheduled booking, Guest will be refunded all monies, less the non-refundable 30% deposit required at the time of booking. Subsequently, no refunds will be made inside of 60 days within or during the scheduled booking; early departures are no exception.

Swiss Vacation Houses, LLC requests that its guests exude seriousness and good will in booking its homes, just as we are serious in fulfilling our end of the commitment to the guest by delivering the home as contracted.
Swiss Vacation Houses, LLC makes every effort in good faith to accommodate our valued guests, and blocking a date for an unfulfilled lease and subsequently turning away another valued guest is not of our practice.
Check-In time is 5:00 pm.
Check-Out time is 12:00 pm.
NO SMOKING is allowed, as we have many valued travelers, of whom, are allergic. We are proud to keep our villas smoke free.
NO PARTIES or LOUD MUSIC is allowed.
TOTAL OCCUPANCY of Guests staying over-night in the villa is to be no more than the villa sleeps.

PETS: Service dogs allowed with paperwork. Other pet request will be considered with a $65.00 non-refundable pet deposit & Pet Policy Form completed. Please advise us at the time of booking if you’re bringing a pet/s.

Guest/Customer understands and has been advised that the rental property is not owned by SWISS VACATION HOUSES or any of its principals or agents. SWISS VACATION HOUSES is merely an agent of the owner, acting at the direction of the owner of the property. Guest consents to proceed with the rental of the subject property having been made aware that any cause of action as it relates to the condition of the subject property must be brought against the owner and not against SWISS VACATION HOUSES, or its agents or principals. SWISS VACATION HOUSES disclaims any warranties, implied or otherwise, regarding the condition of the property. SWISS VACATION HOUSES disclaims any liability as it relates to latent or previously undiscovered defects with the subject property. Guest/Customer waives any claim against SWISS VACATION HOUSES as it relates to the condition of the subject property, and will look to the owner thereof in the event of any liability or casualty related thereto, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional or criminal wrongdoing by SWISS VACATION HOUSES.


AFTER HOURS CHECK IN :

Please come to Front Office in the Main Dome Complex.

• Outside of Front Office door will be a red mail box with a Welcome Envelope with your name.

• For Villa bookings, the envelop will contain the directions to your assigned villa and (1) key for front door entry.

• For Sumner Lake House/Studios/Room bookings, the envelope will contain the code for the lockbox key and the directions to your Rental.

Overall nice place
We really enjoyed our stay and great for a family. Overall a nice place, with an infinity pool and full door wall that opens to a large patio/lanai. Large great room area and loft. There were some plumbing issues in two of the bathrooms, but the other three were fine. There are some cosmetic issues that wouldn't take much to repair and make this place a 5 Star experience.

Not quite what was pictured.
The house was solid. Great neighborhood. However, it was not particularly clean despite the cleaners having just left as we arrived. The kitchen utensils and supplies were lacking to say the least. The images shown on the site made the place look MUCH nicer than it actually is. Don't get me wrong. The place is not awful or filthy. It just isn't as nice as we were led to believe based on the listing.

Disgusting
This house needs some serious work. It has missing cabinet doors, chipped paint on the walls, stains on the couch, and rust all over the patio furniture you could not even sit down. The whole right wing of the house smelled like mold and the hardwood in the far right bedroom was rotting due to water damage. The towels they provided were stained and smelled like mold. There were dirty towels wadded up under the sink. The cherry on top to our stay was finding ants under the dresser and a cockroach under the duvet cover. The only place tolerable was out by the pool, but even there the pool furniture was dirty and broken. I should also mention they removed every smoke detector in the house which is illegal. We left a day early because we were so grossed out. We tried to reach out directly to vrbo, but we have not heard a response.

Wonderful Stay!!
We really liked the home and the privacy that it offered for our family. The home is a little dated and wished every bedroom had a TV bc the adults didn't want to watch what the kids were watching and visa-versa, lol. We manage to make it work. I hope the owners will do some updates to the property in the bathrooms (showerheads and toilets) mostly and add tvs to the other sleeping quarters and I would be really interested in going back to this property again, Overall we had a wonderful stay!!
