Wonderful home with 4 bed, 2 bath, in tranquil subdivision, with lake view and amazing sunsets. Home features a fantastic master suite with view of lake, plenty of closet space and 3 other bedrooms and second bathroom, with grab bars for safety. There is a very comfortable family room with plenty of room to spread and relax, large TV, DVD, also there is a separate living room and dining area with nice dining table, perfect to have family gatherings and entertaining. There is a large and complete kitchen with upgraded appliances, large pantry room and breakfast area facing lake. Laundry room has a sink and new LG washer and drier and offers access to 2 car garage. Awesome grill in screened lanai and plenty of room to entertain. New sheets and pillows provided for each guest group. Easy and fast access to beach and downtown Sarasota as well as I-75 and other conveniences. This home offers a perfect set up for a couple or small group. This is really an amazing home with 4 bedrooms being offered at a 3 bedroom rate. Large backyard and perfect to have pets run around when leashed at dog pole, not fenced. There is no pool in the community, but close to LA Fitness, YMCA and other gyms, also about 11 to Siesta Key Beach.

Sarasota sojourn

Flavia’s Sarasota house was a great place for me to escape a month of Canada’s winter. The house is spacious and comfortable, well equipped, and in a nice neighborhood close to just about everything. Would gladly stay there again.

Wonderful stay!

We arrived at the house after a long drive to a bright, clean, well maintained home away from home. Neighborhood is centrally located and quiet. Flavia, the hostess, left a nice bottle of wine as well as a welcoming card. House was immaculately clean and comfortable. We had a very minor issue with the air conditioning which was resolved very quickly. Most of the stay it was my husband and myself - our daughters arrived for Thanksgiving week from college. House is suitable for just a couple or a larger extended family. We will likely rent here again!

Clean, Warm, Comfey, Convenient

My family of 4 stayed at this property for roughly 7 months. The house was very clean, spacious, had a very comfortable flow for a family, and ample and comfortable furniture, and fully stocked with bed sheets and linens; additionally the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need for cooking. The neighborhood was wonderful, quiet, but at the same time close grocery and miscellaneous shopping. I75 is right around the corner. We had a dog and dog parks were close by. The only thing I would mention is the house needs a few maintenance improvements, but Randy and Flavia are responsible owners will likely address. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Our home is really nice, with a lot of space and light. I love that there is a family room and also a living room separate, it is a perfect place for you who like to entertain or if you are bringing family. Although most of our guests so far were couples that absolutely thought the house was perfect for them, and loved their stay. Usually couples bring their pets and this makes their stay even more complete. The neighborhood is just perfect to go for a walk or pet stroller : )
The house has tile and area rugs in the living areas and carpet in the bedrooms and closets. Bathrooms and Laundry room also tiled and washer and dryer are brand new LG. Most of the furniture was purchase less than one year ago, everything looks very neat and clean, and well kept. We offer new linen and towels for each new guest. The house looks nicer in person and the minute you walk in is when you really start enjoying your stay by feeling at home.

Besides the excellent location and nice family neighborhood, our home is very comfortable and neatly furnished.

We chose to rent our home only a few times per year. We had had great success with the winter guests we had. Usually retired couples that are looking for privacy and comfort and are also family oriented like us.
