A cozinha está totalmente equipada com máquina de lavar roupa, lava-louças e forno de microondas para tornar a sua estadia agradável e divertida. O apartamento está equipado com TV a cabo e DVD.
A partir do momento que entrar no resort, você tem a segurança de um complexo privado, com fresco parque de estacionamento subterrâneo de onde você pode pegar um elevador directamente para o seu porta do apartamento.
Mini-golfe e Club House com Restaurante & Bar são parte do complexo.
We stayed from 27 jul -16 Aug 2013 with my 2 daughters (15 and 25) and my mother. we all loved the apt. The apt is very comfortable, very clean and in a very good quiet neighborhood of Albufeira. Very close to the busy part but far enough to enjoy a nice quiet holiday. The apt was extremely clean. Clearing is once a week. We weer there for 18 days and the second time Theo only changes the towels and bedlinnens but this was not a problem for us. The showe very very nice, the beds sleep very comfortable. The second gedroom is with a sliding door off the livingroom which is a very smart way to creatie a second bedroom. Even if the sliding doors are closed there is still enough room leeft in the living room. The apt had everything you need. We felt very safe. It was nice sitting on the patio. The swimming pool was very cold. It was just a few steps away from the apt. Markus responded very prompt on all my emails and answered all my questions. My only suggestion to Markus is: put some sunbeds on the patio and an umbrella and maybe a decent Bbq. The one in the apt is too small. We had Bbq one day but had to stop because the upstairs neighour complaint about the smell of the Bbq. The security guy felt very sorry to tell us about the complaint. Besides these small issues I would definitely recommandeer this place.
Just returned from a 5 night stay at the 2 bed ground floor apt in September owned by Markus.
Booking arrangements, payment, taxi pick up and return all very easy and Markus very helpful - arranged the return taxi for us. Apartment is excellent and very modern, spacious and clean. Kitchen area is first class. Second bedroom is a room off the living area created by closing shutters which wasn't a problem. Whole complex is very clean and was not busy when we stayed there which again wasn't a problem.
Location is great for access to the strip - about 5-10 mins walk and you can get a taxi from there to the old town for 4 euros. The strip is more for Hens and Stags although a good lively atmosphere. The old town is more sophisticated and has a good selection of restaurants and live music bars/disco bars.
For lunchtimes we found a nice Italian restaurant just 2 mins walk from the complex which does great value and very tasty lunches. A mini mart is also within 2 mins walk but we didn't see bigger any supermarket if you needed to do a decent shop to feed a family - we just bought the essentials.
On the down side we were only given 1 set of keys which did make it difficult at times for 3 of us staying - even 2 sets would be more helpful. Also the fact that the main pool area (the biggest and in the sun all day) may only be accessed by the blocks of apartments around it and not by the apartment we stayed in.
I really couldn't see any problem with allowing other blocks to access the main pool in non peak season as the pool area always looked less than half busy - small points but just stopped me rating the stay as excellent as opposed to very good.
However I would have no problem in recommending this apartment to a friend or relative.
The apartment was better than expected,clean tidy,spacious...the list goes on.
Close to all the shops,strip,beach. We used lidl supermarket and I think that's something people should know about as it's so much cheaper and only 5 euros in a taxi. Villamoura was further than we thought but had a nice evening out there. The security guard was very helpful and always visable a few times a day. It's a shame there weren't more beds around the pool as there was a lot of people but the security guard made sure people weren't reserving.
Perfect for a girls holiday, family, or just group get away.

My daughter, 6 month old granddaughter and I stayed in the apartment in June 2010 and were very impressed. The apartment was modern, spacious and well equiped so that we had a really comfortable and relaxed holiday. Having the swimming pool so close to the front patio made it really easy to nip back and forth to the apartment for a young babies constant needs. Location in relation to the main strip of restaurants was ideal as it was quiet but not too far to walk for eating out and the beaches.
I would definately recommend this for anyone who is looking for all the home comforts.
I would just like to say a very big thank you to Markus and his family for the absolutely fantastic 2 weeks we have just had in their lovely apartment. The description of the property was fantastic but the second bedroom is sliding doors from the lounge - this was not a problem to us but some guests may be expecting 2 seperate bedrooms. I really hope everyone looks after the property for them.
The property was very clean and very well-maintained. I would absolutely recommend this property to friends. The complex itself is very clean and well looked after. The only downside of the holiday is that it is very expensive to eat out so make the most of the lovley supermarkets and eat in. !!
The apartment was only 5 minutes walk from the town and 20 minutes from the beach but taxis are very cheap so you can always hop into a taxi.
Parque da Corcovada está localizado no lado leste de Albufeira, apenas fora rotunda do 'Globo' e está idealmente situado a uma curta distância a pé cafés, bares, restaurantes e supermercados. O condomínio recém-concluída tem uma piscina para adultos, piscina para crianças, café-bar e mini-golfe. Albufeira tem uma costa maravilhosa, ostentando mais de 20 belas praias. Edifícios O 'Old Town' com paredes caiadas de branco é rica em história. As crianças vão adorar as atrações próximas, como o Zoomarine e Slide and Splash e para os amantes de golfe, o Algarve é conhecido por ter alguns dos melhores campos da Europa.
