Includes FREE beach service 2 padded lounge chairs and large umbrella directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $40/day $240/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.

NO WEEKEND or PARTIAL WEEK BOOKINGS ARE AVAILABLE DURING SPRING BREAK or IN THE SUMMER. ONLY SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.

The 3 bedroom has a King Bed in the Master with a Flat Screen TV. The Guest Bedrooms also feature King Beds with TVs in both rooms. There are also 2 twin bunk beds built into the wall. These are big enough for grown adults. Plus there is a queen size sleeper sofa.

These 3 bedroom end unit has one of the Largest Full Wrap Balconies on Panama City Beach.

Nice place. Clean? Meh

Nice location, beach access and unit layout. Wondering if the cleaning crew was on vacation as well. Floors were very dirty judging by the stained socks and dirty feet from walking around the unit. Several dishes were stacked in the cupboards with food still stuck on them. Doubt we'll be back.

Great Location, Fair Price, Simple Stay

Overall, this property was perfect for a mid sized group (6-8). Our group had 10 individuals and we’re still able to stay quite comfortably with some rotating sleeping assignments. The location was BEAUTIFUL, right in the beach with an amazing view and a wrap around balcony that offers an incredible opportunity for watching sunrises/sunsets or spending time outside near the comfort of the condo. The few minor issues our group personally had was with the dishwasher and the toilet, these appliances would sometimes leak, but was nothing to major and the property manager was responsive with the requests. The only other thing that could be improved was the cleanliness of the floors. For us, it wasn’t an issue as we spent most of the time in the beach or out on the town, but during the trip many of us wore shoes inside to keep our feet/socks from turning black. Again the issues mentioned were minor and the simplicity of check in paired with the pristine location, and comfortable size overpower the small things we noticed and provided us with a perfect place to enjoy PCB to the fullest! Would recommend to those looking to explore this area with a group of friends/family.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Terrible! The condo was filthy, years of dirt and abuse. The furniture was dirty, worn and falling apart. The locks on the 203 patio doors were missing, not broken, just not there. The beds were uncomfortable and filthy. The pillows should have been thrown in the trash years ago.

Amazing!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views from this condo were AMAZING. The beds need updating, they creak and moan every time you move. If you are a light sleeper it may disturb you. Condo needs updated pictures as the furniture is slightly different. BUT it was beautifully decorated. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this fantastic home. We would not hesitate to book again. To address some of the reviews that comment that it was dirty. The kitchen cabinet doors need to be cleaned better. All the doors around the door knobs where dirty. It didn't concern us terribly as we are not coming to the beach to see spotless condos! Check-out time could be a little later then 9am.
