A spacious four-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhouse located in Lincoln, NH. This home offers lovely furnishing throughout and will make a comfortable retreat for any vacation or getaway. Enter the home on the main living level where you will enjoy the open concept kitchen, dining, and living area complete with gas fireplace and large flat screen TV/DVD. A half bath can also be found on this level as well as access to the sizable back deck with a wooded view of a small brook. (The garage is locked off for owner use.)

Downstairs you will find a second living area also with a large flat screen TV/DVD, as well as a full bath and a bedroom with a thick queen-size bed.

Finally, the uppermost level of the townhouse hosts the Primary bedroom suite complete with a king bed and private bath with a large glass-enclosed shower and separate jet tub. This level offers two additional bedrooms (one with a deep queen bed, the other with a longer twin bed and set of bunk beds) as well as a shared full bath.

While at Forest Ridge enjoy the Million Dollar Club House, with tennis courts, an indoor pool and a heated outdoor pool. Also be sure to enjoy all the local area attractions and activities including Loon Mountain, located just a mile away.

Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola/tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.

This home has winter ski shuttle access for specific dates as described at
Pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.

Mud Season is fun season!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Another terrific stay at a perfectly designed and maintained townhouse at Forest Ridge in Lincoln. Accommodations are just perfect for our extended families, and with the Indoor Pool open both days of our stay, our two grandsons had an even better time.AND, once again the friendly folks at Loon Reservation Services were extremely helpful and accommodating. Their interaction from my initial contact provided me with a true sense of "caring" on their part, which gave me confidence that our vacation home would meet our needs. Thank you so much!

Nice area

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed the property, nice layout but was not cleaned properly. Bathrooms were not cleaned properly and had to wash several kitchen items before using. Would prefer units just have a few pans and check them between guests. Did let management know so hopefully they will correct it was a nice unit.

Great location, large house.

Property managers were very attentive. Streaming services were not working the first night and it was fixed quickly the next day. Lots of space, large house and room to spread our. Kitchen is well stocked. Our only complaint, there is a large window in master bedroom without a shade, so it gets very bright in the morning, otherwise it was great.
