Originalmente um 19 contrabandistas século pousada esta magnífica propriedade foi equipado como uma casa de férias. A casa fica em jardins de 1 1/2 acres no final de uma rua tranquila rural. Ele goza de uma vista esplêndida sobre os campos e uma reserva de aves protegidas, com vista para o Solent e da Ilha de Wight. Há muitos passeios pela costa, pubs locais e Lymington, uma cidade próspera popular entre os marinheiros é dentro de uma milha a partir da propriedade.
Há 5 quartos, 2 banheiros, 3 casas de banho e um bengaleiro. A suíte master tem uma casa de banho com duche separado, segundo quarto de casal tem duas camas individuais + E / s, terceiro quarto tem cama de casal com e / s de banho com duche, quarto quarto tem dois conjuntos de beliches de tamanho adulto e quinto quarto tem um conjunto de camas de beliche de tamanho adulto. Há uma grande sala de estar levando a espaçosa varanda, escadaria que desce para o jardim, escritório, sala de jantar, comer na cozinha, sala de serviço com máquina de lavar e secar roupas. Há Sky TV, banda larga com DVD e leitor de vídeo.
Existem vários campos de golfe nas proximidades. O mais próximo é em Lymington. Outros incluem a Floresta Clube Novo, Brockenhurst Golf club e Birley Golf Club.

I booked this beautiful cottage earlier in the year for a special birthday weekend in November for 6 adults & 4 children. From the first moment I booked I felt very confident about the owner Yolande Chandler & the property. When we arrived we were not disappointed in our choice of property. It is a beautiful cottage, furnished & decorated well, All the rooms were well serviced, toiletries provided in bathrooms etc., instruction re heating & water all clearly advised. We loved the huge dining table & it was perfect for our family meals. The lounge is massive with the most spectacular views & in the mornings bathed with golden sunlight. There was an open fire, logs provided for your use. During the day the children had so much space it was a pleasure to see & the evening ambience was very relaxing for the adults. Unfortunately the days were cold & we were not able to use the outside terrace which had seating, but we could imagine how attractive this would be on a warm summer's evening. The garden/grounds were immaculate with a large trampoline in a far corner, which again the children enjoyed. I can't speak too highly of this property & it's owner & we shall certainly return again.
Property is ideal for a mixed age (2-72 years) family holiday. The house is spacious, well appointed and equipped and extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the open fire and the stunning views. Outside there is plenty of garden and space for children to play. Location is excellent, close to Lymington town centre and local footpaths to the sea. The owners were extremely helpful. We highly recommend this holiday home.

Ideal spacious place for our family holiday: two grandparents two couples and five grandchildren fro 13 to 2. Very spacious house very large garden. Terrific situation looking across the salt marshes to the Solent and the Isle of Wight. Wonderful walks along the sea wall. Easy access New Forest, Lymington, IOW ferry, Keyhaven, Milton-on-Sea. Highly recommended. Lots of birds, we saw 55 different species (although our son in law is a bit of a twitcher!)
This lovely upside down property proved a wonderful setting for my mother to enjoy the company of her children and grandchildren. Despite 3 weather warnings (in August!) we had a very successful holiday. The sitting,dining and balcony areas have real wow factor and the gardens are beautiful - even in the rain! We took advantage of every chink of blue sky and walked for miles from the house on all directions. The kitchen is packed with every gadget you could need and we had some splendid meals around the big table. There are plenty of nooks to retire to and comfy sofas to relax and socialise on. Ages ranged from 17 to 79 and all had a good time and would love to return!
Had a wonderful weekend away with a large group with ages 1 to 65 we all had a fabulous time the house has lots of space and we were lucky enough to have good weather to make use of the wonderful garden space, the trampoline and table tennis were a hit! Wonderful walks from the house and the Saturday market was only a short drive as were some great pubs! Only negative was the dishwasher didn't work but there was enough of us to share the washing up. We can't wait to go back!
Lymington é um centro de vela bem conhecido na beira do famoso New Forest, que é um Parque Nacional. Tem muitas caminhadas, lagos, característicos antigos pubs ingleses e é uma reserva natural. As actividades locais incluem muitas áreas para caminhadas, equitação observação de pássaros e, claro, todos os esportes aquáticos. A Ilha de Wight é uma atração turística popular apenas um barco de 15 minutos de distância, com muitas praias. Lymington é uma cidade próspera, com um mercado muito popular sábado e fica a apenas meia hora de carro de ambos os aeroportos de Southampton e Bournemouth e pouco menos de 2 horas de carro a partir do centro de Londres. Praias mais próximas são cerca de 5 km de distância e há muitos lugares para explorar em todos os tamanhos de barco, a partir de Cowes na Ilha de Wight para Beaulieu, Keyhaven e para praias Mudeford.
Há muitos bares agradáveis, alguns bons restaurantes e campos de golfe de fácil acesso.

Rental rates vary according to the time of year. There is no additional tax payable of any kind.
Please ask for the rate when emailing your initial enquiry.
Please note we do not accept any bookings under a 3 day minimum which is available during off and low season periods.
During peak periods the minimum booking period is one week.
A Deposit of £250 required which is returned within 2 weeks of holiday letting assuming no breakage/ damage issues.
50% of the rental payment to be received in UK bank account at time of booking and the remaining 50% to be received in UK bank account 4 weeks before start date.
Rental includes cleaning charge on exit .
If extra cleaning is required this is deducted from deposit.
We accept a minimum of 3 days letting during off peak season only , i,e, not during easter week, summer months or christmas / new year weeks. The cost is generally between £950 and £1000 for a 3 day off season let for the house.
Please ask for rental rates appropriate to your requested dates when you email your enquiry to us. The weekly rates vary between approx £1750 and £2900 throughout the year per week according to the season.
PLEASE NOTE _ WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY ONE TO TWO DAY RENTALS AT ANY TIME OF THE YEAR..
We do not normally accept dogs as being an upside down house it is a difficult house to police dogs .
