Perto de várias praias e restaurantes premiados. Há também uma casa de campo isolada 1 quarto disponível nas terras a um custo extra. O quarto na casa tem uma vista para a piscina e se abrem para a varanda. A casa principal pode dormir 8 eo cottage 2. A propriedade está situada em uma área residencial tranquila. A propriedade fica a apenas 8 minutos do aeroporto, 4 minutos da praia mais próxima, a 8 minutos para o melhor clube de golfe na ilha e menos de 10 minutos a partir de 5 ótimos restaurantes. Há um excelente supermercado a 10 minutos ea capital St Johns está apenas a 15 minutos de carro. A casa de hóspedes não vai ser alugados separadamente para a casa.
Antigua não é só famosa por suas praias, mas para outras instalações de lazer, incluindo pesca, vela, esqui aquático, mergulho, snorkeling, windsurf, kitesurf, golfe, passeios a cavalo e tênis.
Antigua tem lojas duty free bom com rum, bebidas espirituosas, charutos e lojas de jóias competitivos.
Os supermercados locais vendem Caribe, British American e bem conhecidos produtos de marca.
Há uma abundância de bancos, postos de gasolina e locais para comprar alimentos e outros bens na ilha.
Se você gostaria que seus filhos parecia depois por um dia ou mais, podemos recomendar uma creche infantil local, que é muito razoável e bem gerido, ou, em alternativa, podemos organizar um cuidador criança que pode ajudar para fora durante o dia ou fazer alguma baby sitting. Nós usamos ambas as vias e ter sido feliz com as duas avenidas.
We had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful place. The house was just as described on the website and the location was quiet and peaceful. All the party, including parents, grand parents and grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed themselves. A car is essential but there are some beautiful beaches located within a short distance. Our favourite restaurant and beach was Cecilia's at Dutchman's Cove where we enjoyed some delicious lunches. I would have liked to stay longer and hope to visit again at some point.
We spent 3 weeks in Jennings House during February 2011. There were 3 couples and 2 kids (4 months and 2 years old). We had a fabulous time and the accommodation was perfectly adequate for our numbers. A car for certainly the majority of the stay is I would say is essential as shops, most restaurants and beaches are some way away. Although there is AC in the bedrooms, we found the overhead fans were adequate and hardly ever used the AC, thus saving on electricity. The pool area was fabulous and a real plus for the facility, even though there was a considerable leak while we were there and we had to continually top up with the water hose. This also caused considerable damp a nd wet conditions around the villa. We understood that this fault will soon be mended, which is essential.
To sum up, the villa in a quiet residential area is ideal for a family holiday of quite large numbers and we would thoroughly recommend it.
What a wonderful time we had in Antigua! The house was perfect for all of us and so very comfortable. We were 5 adults and 3 kids in our group. John, the very charming property manager, brought us an extra bed for one of the kids so they could all bunk together. We loved the back yard and especially. We had some fun games of capture the flag and relay races in the pool. Lots of happy times were had at the Jennings Home. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We saw most of the island...zip lining, Shirley Heights for the Sunday night party, kayaking and snorkeling with Paddles, horseback riding, eating a lot of local food, Dickenson Bay, exploring the many beautiful beaches and drinking Wadadli beer! We would love to be able to return for a visit some day soon.
John was a real treat and joy to have around. He is so full of life and joy and funny stories. We shared some good times and laughs with him. He brought us some aloe for our sunburns, cuts and bites. You are quite fortunate to have him as your property manager and an ambassador for visitors like us.
As usual we had a fantastic time !! John was great and catered for all our needs and whenever we needed to know anything or enquired about trips,restaurants best beaches , he was quite happy to put himself out to make sure we had a wonderful time . we knew any queries we had John was the guy to ask .
The boys loved the large pool and white sandy beaches especially Half moon bay and long bay with its shallow children friendly waters that you can see lovely shoals of fish yet again we will definitely be coming back and can't wait !! thanks and kind regards the Colliers .
We stayed in June 2008. We had an excellent week and at £900 a week for a 4-bedroom villa with own pool, it was terrific value.
The house is in a private residential area but the houses are on large plots, so not overlooked, with unused land to front and back. It's north of St Johns, near Jabberwock beach. There are no shops or bars in the immediate vicinity so a car is essential.
There's a large lounge/dining area and 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms. The pool is superb and we enjoyed watching the kingfishers dive for a drink while we were in the pool! The whole place is clean and John, who visits you on arrival and is contactable for anything, is a really helpful and friendly bloke. He even drove to the supermarket with us behind so we could learn the route!
There is a good selection of DVDs in the lounge for evening entertainment.
We would certainly recommend this place. Our only couple of slight 'downsides' were that, with a family of five each showering twice a day (it was hot!), the water was sometimes tepid/lukewarm. Also, there is no a/c in the lounge due to the high running costs and so it got a bit warm in the evening. We used the fans and opened the windows but it remained quite warm. The owner did explain this to us when we booked. There is a/c in all the bedrooms though.
Neither of these detracted unduly from our stay. I don't think we've ever stayed at a villa where there hasn't been at least one issue - for example, in Costa Blanca, the water was rationed and the shower water was sea water! And this is the Caribbean after all - electricity and water supplies are not what we are sued to in the UK.
So, we would recommend.
Beaches: Half Moon Bay and Long Bay are unmissable.
We were so glad to have found this Villa! It was perfect for a group of four 30 year old, and one 60 year old, for a week in December. Close to the Airport, a quiet and safe neighbourhood, within walking distance of restaurants and a good swimming beach - although a car would be necessary for a stay of more than a few days. For us, it was a good base to explore the island and quickly became a home we were all glad to get back to. Unlike your last reviewer, we had no problem with electricity bills! but were aware of the scarce resources on the island and did not use the AC much - when we were there, it wasn't really needed. The owners could not have been more helpful and the property manager was friendly and efficient. The property is very much as described, and was clean and well kept. We were attending a wedding at a hotel nearby: and so location was important. The Villa would be great for family holiday or older people, or for those whose priority is swimming and water sports. We have already recommended the proberty to a number of people.

Eles permitem que os visitantes jogar no campo e usar o seu clube, restaurante e outras facilidades de cerca de £ 15 por rodada, dependendo da taxa de câmbio. Este é um bem cuidados e altamente respeitados clube com melhor que média instalações.
