Adicionando o fato de que a praia mais próxima é apenas 10min de distância em Deveses, o apartamento contribui para um excelente ponto de partida para todas as suas necessidades de férias. É também dentro de 20min de algumas maravilhosas praias com bandeira azul e, pelo menos, 3 campos de golfe internacionais. A casa foi construída na própria montanha e assim mantém muito bem fresco no verão, e bem quente no inverno. Não fumar no apartamento, mas é permitido no jardim e no terraço. Ash e bitucas deve ser colocado em água! O apartamento também beneficia de uma Naya envidraçada, ou conservatório, com mobiliário confortável para acomodar 4, também uma mesa de café e vista para o Med! Todos os pisos são de azulejos, mas para o seu conforto, tapetes ao lado das camas são fornecidos nos meses de inverno. Calor aquecedores disponíveis para as noites frias de inverno gás. Devido à localização, este apartamento mantém maravilhosamente quente no inverno e fresco no verão. Excepcionalmente para a Espanha, não há drenagem e rede de abastecimento de água. Gás para a água é canalizada para a casa e não é engarrafado, por isso, é possível desfrutar de todos os confortos de casa longe de casa. Casa Rosina - The perfect retreat.

Our second time at Casa Rosina and definately not our last. Everything is exactly as it should be.

The accomodation is spotless. Everything that you need is there for you to enjoy. Swimming pool, Sun terrace, barbeque,sunloungers, TV + DVD and a fantastic selection of DVD's for you to watch, films suitable for all ages. Thats if you can find the time which I highly doubt you will.

Did I forget to mention the Hot tub? What an amazing experience laying in the tub at midnight watching the stars and drinking bubbly. I can highly recommend it. The kitchen area has everything that you need as well. Again everything is spotlessly clean.

The well maintained gardens are begining to flourish thanks to the time and care spent by the owners Steve and Gail, and the views from Casa Rosina are simply stunning.

There is so much to do in the area around the villa and all within an hours drive. Mondomar animal park in Benidorm is fantastic value and a greta day out for all ages. The Dolphin show is a must. Take a packed lunch as the food and drink can be a little pricey.

Oceanografico Marine Park (maybe not spelt correctly) in Valencia is a definate NO GO. Over priced over hyped. Your bags are scanned on entry to make sure you have no food or drink so you can be charged sky high prices for refreshments. The park is poorly laid out, difficult to find and not a patch on the much cheaper and far more enjoyable and far easier to find Mundomar who even provide a picnic area. Car parking at the underground car park at Oceanografico cost 9.70 Euro for 4 hours. Parking is free at Mundomar.

Del mar restaurant in Moraira is a must too, not the cheapest place to eat but a real fine dinning experience. Denia is also well worth a visit.

Back to Casa Rosina which has it all, the hosts Steve and Gail bend over backwards to make sure that everything is perfect. They are a mine of information which they are more than happy to share to make sure your holiday is perfect in everyway. They can recommend places to visit places to eat and things to do.

I am off now to book for May next year, This time I will be taking my grandaughter(4), she will love it at Casa Rosina.

Finally if I could be very bold and make just one suggestion to the hosts Steve and Gail, Please do not change a thing, perfection can not be improved.

We do not plan to change anything, but will make small improvements as we go and are always open to suggestions on how to improve your stay at "Casa Rosina". The Hot Tub is everyone's favourite, a real treat anytime of the year! We have been so pleased with our garden, which has been a terrific amount of hard work for us over the past 2 years. The lawn is shaping up, after dying on us during this long, hot summer which seems to be showing little sign of ending! Some heavy rain in September, much needed, rescued the lawn and the odd showers at night and the odd cooler day have helped - and I do mean the odd cooler day! Today, another 24C, sun and wispy clouds. Our son, his pal and Steve have been in the pool this week (a bit chilly for me though!). We still haven't put the central heating on in the house and have all of the windows open. It is still t-shirts and shorts weather! We have more plans for the garden, by the pool pump house, but need lots of time and the ground to soften before we can make a start - so, really, during the winter we are hoping to make a start on that last corner of our paradise!! Glad you enjoyed Mundomar. We love it! There are nearly always money-saving vouchers in the apartment for our guests to use at Mundomar and at many of the other local tourist attractions. We have had mixed reviews from our guests about Oceanographic, which we have yet to visit. We have also been unable to find any money-saving vouchers for this attraction. Can anyone help us here? The same applies for the Biopark in Valencia (new, state of the art zoo), just amazing animal encounters, but pricey and no picnics allowed. We love it, though! Parking in Valencia can be expensive. There is a good, regular and reliable train service from Alfafar, with free parking and it's only 1 stop to Valencia Nord (right next to the bull ring). Here's to next May, Mark and Amanda. It pays to book early, because if last year is anything to go by, we will, by the end of February, be 90% booked for the season, May to October inclusive. See you in 2010!

Tranquil Heavenly Perfection Amazing views

I guess if you are reading this review, you are already considering a stay in this amazing villa.

You will not be disappointed.

The meandering roads and views on the way to the Villa are simply breathtaking.

This area is lush and green, with mountains all around.

On arriving at the Villa, We felt at home straight away. Gail was there to meet us and we knew everything would go smoothly as her communication from enquiry to departure is excellent. Gail is always there to help but never intrusive. A wealth of knowledge for day trips, Markets, beaches, fiestas, Zoo, cities and anything else you might want to visit.

The Villa is so secure ensuring you will feel very safe throughout your stay. Own alarm and rejas plus locked doors.

The living area like the rest of the villa was literally spotless, light and airy and Views to die for. You will never tire of waking up here.

The Peace and quiet of the area will also ensure a peaceful nights sleep in very comfortable beds.

The rooms have lots of Wardrobe space and drawers.

The kitchen was equipped with every utensil you can think off for any occasion you can dream up!

The dish washer was a real bonus, as was the washing machine and clothes line.

The TV with UK channels was great although there is so much to do in the area, you won't need a TV.

The Hot tub was gorgeous and warm and again those views....WOW!!

You really will not want to leave. We were very sad leaving and we are returning again next year!

The pool is spotless and Gail is meticulous about the cleanliness of the pool for all the users.

The property was very well maintained, clean and very attractive grounds. Lots of different areas to sit out also and enjoy the coffee , Vino or whatever you fancy!

I have to say the description of the villa is as you see in the pictures, it is stunning, very homely, spacious, clean and inviting.

Customer service 110% from Gail and Steve throughout.

I would definatley recommend you think strongly about this property, only an hour from both Alicante and Valencia airports.

Parking is available at the property.

Although in a beautiful rural location, the villa is in an urbanisation, with little villages dotted around everywhere.

Pego was great value for eating out and grocery shopping and just a short spin away in the car. The beaches are amazing and were never crowded. The sea was warm and inviting and the beaches were kept very clean.

Could only write good,I can't wait to go back.Highly recommended

We never tire of the views from the terrace, or from driving around this beautiful part of Spain. I have to say, I don't think the tourist beaches are a patch on our local, quiet, sandy beach where the dunes lead to swept beaches and where you can swim in the crystal clear sea. Pego has the best value and the best food I think in the Costa Blanca. We go to eat elsewhere, but return again and again to Bar Daniel's, L'om, el nou portet ( Orba) and to the many restaurants that serve typical spanish food , well cooked, quality meals at a fraction of resort prices. We are delighted to have received such a lovely review. We strive hard to make Casa Rosina a friendly and inviting place to stay, and we really do enjoy welcoming our guests and making sure they have everything they need by way of information before they arrive and during their stay. The property we maintain ourselves and take pride in so doing. Cleanliness is very important to us, as no one wants to think they are staying anywhere with someone else's dirt present! Our check out times may seem early, 10am, but we need that time until 3pm to make sure everything is as clean and welcoming as it can possibly be for all our guests. Again, thank you! Picturesque villa nestled in the mountains

One of the defining features of my stay was Gail and Steve's outstanding hospitality. They made the place look spotless, and were attentive and gregarious hosts. This is complimented by the breathtaking views from the villa, the hot tub which you can enjoy under the vivid stars, and the local culture which gives you an authentic taste of what rural Spain really feels like. The tapas at the local cafe was a particular highlight, and for the more adventurous type, you can amble up the mountain and come back to the villa for a refreshing swim!

Excellent in every way

I stayed with Gail and Steve for a little under a week, upon the invitation of their Son Robert, who I knew from university.

Gail and Steve maintained a clean, friendly, well connected apartment, with an amazing view of the sea. Just below Monte Pego, it was perfectly sited between the mountain and the sea.

Steve and Gail were perfect hosts; helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble for them.

I would recommend this apartment to anyone who likes sun, sea, and a relaxed environment.

Stunning location, immaculate house + great hosts

I didn't want to leave the beautiful Casa Rosina by the time my week was up in Rafol D'Alumina! The view was stunning, the place was immaculate and the hosts were even better - providing details for the best places eat/adventures to go on. superbe sejour

accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire ,

nous avons passer un superbe séjour au paradis , la villa est plus qu' équipée avec un service complet en plastique colore pour les enfants . la véranda avec vue sur mer est un endroit ou se détendre . la piscine impeccablement entretenue .

l endroit est tres calme avec d un cote vue sur la mer et de l autre vue sur la montagne

pour notre prochaine visite en Espagne nous reviendront chez vous sans hesiter

We do not charge for the odd broken glass/plate as we expect some breakages of this nature.
