Unlike the common larger, high-rise condos in Panama City Beach, Long Beach only has 369 units (approx 90 per tower), allowing its 1300 feet of sugar-sand beach frontage to be much less crowded than those of most high-rise Panama City Beach condos. Also, there is an open parking lot where you can park in front of your tower, not in some tight, cramped parking garage across the street. This unit features a master suite with a king bed and a private bath with his/her vanities and large walk in shower. The second bedroom is very unique, there is another king bed with a new mattress/box springs plus a set of built in bunk beds!! Also the second bedroom has its own private bath with double vanities and large marble garden tub and shower. Both bedrooms as well as the living room open onto the huge balcony! Both bedrooms also have flat screen tv's, dvd player is in the second bedroom. Free wifi is provided for you. Inside, the fully-equipped, upgraded kitchen includes raised-panel wood cabinets, granite counter and bar tops, and custom bar front and backsplash. We also provide a crock pot and a Keurig. You can experience breakfast seaside, and indescribable sunsets at dinner, should you decide to dine in, whether outside on the spacious beachfront balcony or indoors. There is plenty of seating in the living room with a new sofa and love seat and one recliner, we've just added a new 50' flat screen tv in the living room along with a dvd player, the dining area seats 4-6 at the table with 4 additional bar stools at the counter. There is beautiful upscale bead board throughout the condo which further instills the coastal vibe! Our unit has an airy feel, with sliding glass doors opening onto a spacious balcony featuring brand new furniture with 4 high stools and table and 3 chaise lounges
