Saco river, Jackson falls, Kancamagus highway within a short drive. Ice skating on property grounds or nearby nestle nook farm. There are so many amazing restaurants just a hop, skip and jump away.

QUIET TIME: Required by the condo association is quite time between 10pm and 7am. Essentially, that means this is not a party condo and while we do encourage fun & laughter, we do not suggest booking this condo for any large or late parties. The condo does fine $$ for excessive noise during those hours, which guest will be responsible for.
