Ways to enjoy your stay includes getting together in the large great room with two giant windows featuring an extensive view of the lake located in the back yard. Settle back in the over sized partially covered patio with 250 feet of shoreline or challenge someone to a game of pool in the game room. Play a game of basketball in the basketball court located next to the patio. Read a good book from the corner library, or play cards or a board game on the game table. Watch television together using the large screened television in the great room, connected to Direct TV. Fish off the fishing deck at the boathouse, watch breathtaking sunrises, abundant bird species, wild ducks, squirrels and beautiful open stargazing are just a few of the charms Sunrise Cove RC, LLC (Sunrise Cove) offers.

This home is in a quiet neighborhood. Small parties or special events are occasionally permitted with permission and additional consideration. All special events, exceeding occupancy of over 21 will need written permission from management.

This stunning roomy waterfront home has 9 bedrooms, 7 bedrooms on one level, and 5 ½ bathrooms. It is located on a secluded cove on almost 5 acres.
Sunrise Cove has approximately 5,100 square feet consisting of a main house and two guest quarters.
The 3,011 square foot main house features a full kitchen, a large table in the dining room and a second table in the kitchen. There is a full sized refrigerator and oven. The great room features a large screen television, game table, a bar with a full sized refrigerator plus a separate ice maker. There are three spacious bedrooms, two upstairs and the master is located on the main level.
The master bedroom has a shower, separate bath tub and his and hers sinks. The two bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom which includes two sinks and a large shower with a bench. A half bath is located downstairs close to the kitchen.
There are two attached guest quarters. The 1,024 square foot Richland guest quarters features four bedrooms and two bathrooms, consisting of a shower in one bathroom and a shower, tub combination in the other bathroom. The 1,065 square foot Chambers guest quarters has two bedrooms plus one bathroom with a large sink and shower. A game room, located in the Chambers guest quarters, sports a pool table, card table and a large screen television.
The back yard patio is approximately 40 X 65 feet and the perfect place for kids to skate, hover board or ride small toys. There is a rock counter large enough to set food on and numerous overhead fans.
