Very Nice!

Nice place with very responsive maintenance staff that promptly tended to our every need. Area is easy to get around, we found it convenient to drive over to the lift at the hotel and appreciated parking in home's attached garage. Unit was very clean and well maintained. Could have used a better stocked kitchen as we typically cook most meals. Also hung out in the living room a lot but found the couch very uncomfortable, in need of new cushions. Besides those two things, had a great family trip!

Stress Free Christmas Skiing

We have spent many Christmas Holidays in Vail. In past years, we have followed the herd and rented in Vail Village. This year we decided to stay in the Vail Cascade area and could not be happier with our decision. The condo was immaculate, warm and cozy, with more living space that be found at twice the price in the Village. While lift lines are typically a morning mess at the bottom of the mountain, we never waited a minute to get up on the mountain via the Cascade lift. Once up on the hill, the lines were never a problem. When we needed the shuttle, the wait was never more than 5 minutes. We opted to rent a car at the airport, which made grocery shopping and nightly dining in the Village easy. The condo has a heated garage and free nightly parking in town made the trips simple and fast. The staff at Coldstream are friendly and very responsive. We needed laundry detergent one night and a bottle was delivered to our door in less than 10 minutes. The staff at Venture Sports was also fantastic and always right there to help with equipment valet. All in all, a great choice and a great vacation. While I initially had apprehensions about not staying directly in Vail Village, I now prefer having selective access to the Village, with the stress free comfort of being around the corner at Cascade and a little distance from the crowds. An Absolute Gem of a Place

The condo was lovely! The location of The Cascades lift was ideal to avoid the longer lines of Vail Village or Lion's Head. The shuttle bus was prompt and convenient with door-side service if we chose not to take the short walk to the main lodge or lift The ski concierge was an added bonus not to trek our gear each day. The home was well appointed, very clean and well kept - it shows like a new abode. Every room is well thought out and furnished - perfect for our mom's weekend get away. The kitchen was beautifully designed and the radiant floor heating was perfect for those cold nights. Would stay again and would highly recommend a visit.

Great location and amenities!

Great, updated property that could sleep more people than I could count. A quiet location. The 2-minute shuttle ride to the east ski lift was very convenient. Hot tub soak at the end of a ski day was a nice amenity! We will be staying there again next trip to Vail!

Returning here for sure

Amazing accommodations for the price. Clean, spacious and yet cozy. The heated ceramic floors were a big hit especially where we were unloading all our gear. Short walk to the jacuzzi and hotel which had a chair lift right outside the ski rental shop. Nothing disappointed. Highly recommended. I already booked my next Vail trip here next year.
