Optionally, Irma can prepare lunch, dinner, and snacks for $50/day paid directly to her. She will shop at local grocery stores and provide you with a receipt so you can reimburse her for food costs. Let her know a bit in advance which days you want food prepared so she can stock the fridge for you.

Relaxing beach front home in paradise! This Spacious three story oceanfront town home comfortably sleeps eight. Four sunny bedrooms each have private full baths, balconies, two with ocean views, two with lagoon views. Three bedrooms have king sized beds, with a queen and twin bed in the fourth bedroom. All bedrooms are large with TV, air conditioners, and closet space.

A private 45 foot catamaran is now available for daily rentals. Complete with food, open bar, and snorkeling. Ask for details.

Step out to the beach and pool from the open living area which has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and half bath. Washer and dryer are available. Take a ten minute walk down the soft white sand beach for top notch snorkeling or go parasailing. Spend the day at the warm four foot deep pool or take a refreshing dip in the gorgeous turquoise ocean.

The villas have 24 hour a day security, gardeners, pool care, beach cleaning and the grounds are beautifully maintained. Since we are in the hotel zone we are near hundreds of restaurants, shopping malls & marinas, yet the villas are very private & quiet. Parking is near the front door if you rent a car. And if you prefer a taxi or convenient bus service, they are all just outside the villa entrance.

Our villa is ideal for families, couples or friends who want to travel and stay together. Since the cost is for the whole villa, which can very comfortably accommodate eight people, it is far less expensive than staying in a hotel or all-inclusive resort. The HOA enforces a strict limit of 8 people (including adults, children, infants, and visitors). Each of our four bedrooms is physically separate from the others and has its own in-suite bathroom, so there is plenty of privacy when you want it. Also, since the main living area and patio are at ground level there are no elevators to take & no lobbies to pass through. It is a 30 second walk to the pool and the beach across our beautifully landscaped, palm tree studded grounds.
