All Guest Suites are Non-Smoking
Minimum age requirement for check-in is 21 years of age.
All reservations that have an alternate guest checking in should make prior arrangements with the resort.
Pets are not permitted and strictly enforced with the exception of Service Animals.
At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made, credit card for $200 USD security deposit and a nightly rate of $25 plus tax resort fee will be required at check in. The deposit must be made on a major credit card - cash and pre-paid debit cards are not accepted.

Resort Fee includes Basic guest internet; self-parking for 1 car; bicycle rentals; beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys; DVD & board game rentals; video game consoles with assorted games; sports equipment; PressReader access.

**ADVISEMENT**


Elevator Outage: Riviera Beach Resort’s elevator outage in the Phase II building is anticipated to be restored by June 30, 2024. Upper floors can be accessed using the stairs and Riviera Shores Resort’s elevator, which is a longer walking distance.
