Spend your next vacation in Rocky Point in style in this stunning 5 bedroom/5 bath home! 'Villa Ventana' has become a favorite spot for both casual vacations and special occasions such as anniversaries, family reunions and holidays. You'll find attention to detail in every professionally decorated room. This home has a unique Tuscan feel with ornate furniture, draperies and bedding. The home features 2 ocean facing master bedrooms with king beds, 1 king guest room, a bedroom with 1 queen & 1 /twin/twin bunk bed and a separate casita with a queen bed. The location couldn't be better with stunning direct beach views from the great room, expansive patio and upper sun deck. Our guests love to soak in the home's private jacuzzi and grill on the outdoor BBQ. There's also a private fire pit just steps away from the back yard.

Many guest request early check-ins. In peak season, this is difficult because the maids need time to clean. Please call me at 11am on the date of your arrival and I will have a better idea when the property will be ready.

Beyond expectations.

Eight adults, one teenager, three generations, all quite happy with a beautiful clean space, and matchless views! As described, quite lovely! Easy access to town. Quick response from owner when we had two needs … for either information or more propane for the grill. We would not hesitate to rent this little slice of paradise again.

Beautiful Beach house

This place was beautiful and amazing right on the beach perfect amount of space very clean & owner was very pleasant to talk to he was next door in his other villa and came over to help with some stuff we didn’t know how to work in the house. I would definitely rent it again.

Great house and great stay!

Our recent stay at this house was exceptional and set it apart from the other properties we've rented in the past. The house was well-equipped, catering to all our needs, whether it was cooking or enjoying leisurely activities. What truly stood out was the attention to detail in ensuring the house was fully stocked with everything needed. The kitchen has an array of cooking utensils and appliances. The pantry had seasonings and supplies. It helped to simplify our stay, making us feel right at home from the very beginning. Our overall experience was delightful and would recommend this property to anyone seeking a perfect getaway.

50th Birthday Girls Weekend

This Villa was absolutely perfect!! Neil answered the phone immediately the one time I needed him. The house is perfect for large groups. There were 12 of us women. 2 master bedrooms with king beds that have ocean views. One of them has an addition twin daybed with trundle. The next bedroom has a king under a full bunk bed. The 4th room in the house has a full under twin bunk and an additional bed in the room. In addition, there’s a detached casita right next to the front entryway with a queen bed. So much space!! The decor is beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked. Has a full coffee pot and single Keurig. The spa overlooks the ocean. The view from the house or yard is stunning. There is a rooftop area to sit and enjoy the view. Being on the property of Bella Serina means we enjoyed the gym, swim up pool bar, additional pool and grounds. I will be back for sure!!

Thank you for taking the time to view our information. My name is SueAnn and I am the owner and manager of Villa Ventana. My background is in Special Events & Arts Management. I am the mother of twin girls, triplet boys and a single boy - all born within 4 years - whew! Rocky Point is our family's favorite vacation spot. Our kids love spending time on the beach where we have created some of our most cherished family memories. We recently chose to manage our villa rentals privately to offer our guests a more personal experience. Our home is maintained and cleaned by our personal friend, Yulma.

The pace of life at the beach is perfect for spending quality time with loved ones. We especially love sharing our fondness of the ocean, the outdoors and the wonderful people of Mexico with our children and hope you will too.

Villa Ventana is truly the best property on Sandy Beach! The location is almost too good to be true. You are literally steps away from the calm waters of the Sea of Cortez - it feels as though the entire beach is your backyard. It is a perfect location for family trips, couples vacations, guys/girls weekends, anniversaries and corporate retreats.
