The well appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances makes entertaining an easy experience. The main floor features maple hardwood and a small bathroom. Three bedrooms and main bathroom are located on the second floor.
Home entertainment includes cable and the Wii Game Console. If you play paino you will enjoy the beautiful black ebony Kawaii piano.
We loved the family friendly neighbourhood and park nearby. Close, and free parking is a rarity in Toronto and we appreciated it's close proximity to the house. The hot tub was great and the house was well stocked with kitchen amenities, toys for the kids, and comfort. The bed in the master bedroom was super comfy and our two boys loved being able to have their own rooms. Very comfortable accommodations and a great location with super easy access to everything in Toronto..
We had a great time at Dave's house, 6 of us in total, plus our dog. While the house may be small, it was perfect for us. Open main floor made it easy to socialize, and the bedrooms were all comfy and well appointed. Kitchen had everything you need. Danforth is just 1.5 blocks away, with grocery store, cafes, restaurants, and interesting shops. Beautiful park is a block the other way, with an off leash dog section, playground, and in the summer, a beautiful outdoor pool. Had a great stay, would definitely book it again. Thanks!
This Property located near subway station which convenient to go for pleasure. Take only 30 min to Downtown and an hour to Scarborough. The neighborhood is descent, clean and tidy. There are supermarket, alcoholic store, restaurants, bar, grocery store nearby. It's suitable for family to having holiday.
Our choice of this downtown property really facilitated our stay and time in Toronto. The owner went above and beyond to accommodate our needs particularly for our baby and to make sure we were comfortable. Great outdoor patio and hot tub ideal for entertaining, open concept kitchen, and comfortable beds complete with luxury linens. The location was ideal - centrally located and minutes away from everything. Thanks for a wonderful experience !!!
The house is said to have 3 beds and can have 6 persons but in fact only one of the bed is a double bed, and I mean a double not a queen or a king a double. The 2 other bed are on child bed that can fit maximum 5foot 9 person. The third bed is a uncomfortable mattress with a bar in the middle that fits perfectly in the rib cage. During our stay the owner has entered the house while we where sleeping and while we where not at home. When we've mention to the owner that this was inappropriate I said that it was is right has a Owner to check is propriety has mention in the rental agreement in reference :Quote is for up to six guests staying at the home. The morning that I thought that someone had enter the house and was stealing I found the owner right in front of my bed while I was in the bathroom. After arguing with in that its totally inappropriate for in to enter while we sleep I told me that it was written in the sale agreement :
Owner will occasionally visit to confirm the safety and well being of home and occupants.
Guests are asked to respect and care for the home and furnishings while there.
Two friend and I stayed here for four days in October. The house is just as described in the photos. It is clean and comfortable, with some interesting and unusual attractions inside, including a working jukebox from the early 1960s. There are comfortable living and dining areas on the first floor, and three bedrooms on the second floor: a master bedroom, a kids bedroom and a study with an expandable sofa-bed. The owner was sincerely friendly and helpful; he's fun to talk with, has a good sense of humour, and surprised us with a gift of a nice Cabernet Sauvignon. The house in on a pleasant, tree-lined, quiet street just a few blocks south of Danforth Avenue, near Monarch Park. This puts it in an ideal location. On Danforth just a couple minutes walk from the house are Ethiopian, Moroccan and Italian restaurants, as well as a great patisserie for breakfast. Just a few blocks walk to the west on Danforth is Greektown, with a lot of delicious Greek places to eat. Also, the Bloor-Danforth subway is a short 10-minute walk from the house, which gives easy access to the rest of Toronto. I would certainly return to this house if staying in Toronto in the future.
