The location of the condo is excellent, it's close to anywhere you can imagine. It truly is in the heart of the city. The place was nice, we had everything we needed. The building is very safe, it also has underground parking reserved. The owner, was very attentive, we always had good communications with her. She is a problem-solver and very helpful. We would recommend this place highly.
This was a very cozy, comfortable condo for our weeklong stay in Vancouver. It is in a great location, within walking distance of shopping and great restaurants. We barely had to use any public transportation at all, and when we did the Sky Train station was only a few minutes walk. It was great being able to have our own balcony to sit and drink coffee and grill some of our own meals. Check in and check out were very smooth and simple, and communication was excellent! All the furniture was comfortable and the kitchen came fully supplied with everything that we needed for the week. Would definetely recommend and will keep in mind for the next trip!
This is a nice condo, well suited for 1-2 people, in a very nice location. JoAnn, who oversees the condo, was prompt and courteous and readily available by phone.
All of the appliances worked nicely and the Internet connection was pretty darned fast, so that made my time in the condo all the better.
I was here without a car, and save for going up towards Squamish, never needed one. Everything was withing walking distance, and there were many dining/drinking options in all directions. Getting to the unit from the airport was also quite easy as the Canada Line has a stop a couple of blocks from the condo.
My only issues were minor in scope and they're what kept this from being a 5 star rental (can we do 4.5?)
The blinds in the bedroom would not close entirely, so you got a bit more light at night when sleeping and the upstairs neighbors can be a bit on the noisy side.
The first issue is easily solved with some new blinds. The second issue may not be a problem for those who are out and about all day. I worked from the condo during the mornings, so I may have picked up on more noise than a standard tourist would have.
All in all, this is a nice condo in a nice part of Vancouver. I'd recommend this place to friends and family should they ever be in the area.
this place was great for my pups there were a lot of dogs to socialize with in the area. I loved the close walk to everything and the privacy this unit gave.
although i had initially rented this unit for the nice balcony i was not able to use it after the first day i was there which was preposterous. I was told it would be a couple days of the stay it turned out to be 98% of the time which i think was a waste of my money to rent this place due to that. i had workers jumping down into the balcony any time they wanted peering into the windows, i had to yell out for them to not yell at 730 am every morning and they smashed a bowl and there was nothing but grit and grundge and water spilling all over the balcony. for that I am giving this rental a 2/10 if i had use of the only reason i rented the unit it would have been a 10/10.
i think the next time scheduled maintenance is known it should be let known prior to paying so much for this place for no privacy or balco.ny
