The first Sportsvilla in Greece is reality. This brand new (2015) luxurious villa is located in the village of Pigi only 9 km away from Rethymno city and less than 5 minutes driving away from the nearest sandy beach. The modern split level villa of 186 sq.m. in size rests on a well-manicured 600 sq.m. plot and includes private wellness facilities such as: an indoor Fitness center, Tartan running tracks, Jacuzzi (4 persons), Sauna (4 persons), Outdoor swimming pool.

Layout
Interior
The villa consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms + 1 shower in the Gym area and a fully equipped kitchen with all the electrical appliances such as microwave, oven, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine - dryer, fridge/ freezer, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mixer and blender. There is a full set of cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware. Iron, ironing board and hair dryer are also available.
The living room and dining room is open plan with fireplace, lighting and decoration of the highest standard and specially selected to create an atmosphere of intimacy and familiarity for moments of warmth and relaxation. There's a 49" Smart TV set with satellite and fan coils for cooling - heating is included in the price. In the living room there is a sofa that turns into a bed for the 7th person to sleep. And if you are a piano lover, then just write beside the dining table you can find one to work out your skills again. On the same level there is a WC/Shower room and also a bedroom with twin beds (convertible into a King) where it's also accessible for wheelchairs. A modern design of stairs brings you to the first floor where there are two more spacious bedrooms (one double bedroom and another with twin beds (convertible into a King). All bedrooms are equipped by brand-new quality mattresses provide maximum comfort. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned (fun coil) and provide WiFi with internet access and smart TV with satellite. Both of the first floor bedrooms have access to a porch with sitting area. In one porch there is a available a pool table. Moreover, there is a safe deposit box that keeps your valuables secure. Baby cot, high chair, playstation and two bicycles are available for free on request.

Exterior
A large lawn garden, a 30 sq m swimming pool (children's pool and water bar! is included) provides the perfect opportunity to exercise and work up an appetite for a tasty meal cooked on the BBQ/Grill provided. At one end of the poolside there is a beautifully positioned shaded terrace with comfortable outdoor dining furniture, allowing you to relax at any time of the day having next to you a very old well with depth 17 meters with a safety glass. Just before the main entrance of the house, there is a spacious 200 sq m lawned garden ideal for children to play and on the side there is a 30 m. professional tartan running tracks.

Private gym and spa
We left the best for the last where here is some of the state of the art work out equipment that can be found at gym room: treadmill, cross trainer, dual adjustable pulley, box station with boxing bag, adjustable exercise bench, kettelebells, trx, free weights, barbells (straight and curl). Feeling tired after all this work out? Then why not head on to the Jacuzzi and then in the sauna?

Location
Villa located in the wonderfull village of Pigi where you will find everything you need: mini market, bakery, pharmacy, cafeteria, tavern, butchers shop. In adition lidle are just 5 minutes by car.
The beautiful City of Rethymno, the second smallest, cutest and most authentic city of Crete is just 10 minutes driving. A bus station is just outside the villa.
Many taverns are around where you can taste the traditional Cretan delicious.
