Living room (updated in November 2022) has abundant seating for everyone with two reclining sofas, a reclining arm chair, and a wing-back chair along with a 50-inch flat screen TV. Finished basement has a theater room with a 75" TV, and game room with ping-pong, air hockey, and foosball. Large, private back yard with large deck, gas grill, outdoor games, and easy access to outside shower on deck. Two bedrooms have queen beds, third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. Primary bathroom has a full-size step-in shower, and secondary bathroom has Jack-n-Jill sinks and full-size bathtub/shower. Portable crib, Graco pack-n-play, high chair, and child-friendly dishware all provided. Four beach chairs and towels provided, along with beach umbrella and beach toys in an easy to carry beach tote. Meticulously maintained by owners, and equipped with dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, all linens, toilet paper, tissues, and basic cleaning supplies.
