The finished basement is a family room/bedroom with a full bed. A twin cot is also available. Easy to get to, the house is conveniently located South of Route 28, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. On the deck, you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, a sun-drenched tanning mid-day, or an evening cocktail, all with nothing but nature as backdrop. Walk down the short path leading to a lovely walk around a peaceful cranberry bog complete with two ponds.
Choose among several nearby beaches and ponds to swim, sunbathe, sail, windsurf or walk - all within a mile or two. Beautiful Ridgevale Beach is 1 mile from the house! The Cape Cod Bike Trail is within walking (or bike riding) distance.
Chatham Center, just five minutes away by car, is known for its great shops, weekly band concerts in the gazebo, a movie theater, and a selection of restaurants ranging from casual to fine dining. The Chatham A's play baseball at Veteran's Field which is also near town. A large fenced in yard is perfect for kids or pups!
