This newer log cabin sits on the idyllic Sleepy Hollow Lake in the Catskills region, only two hours from New York City, and has its own small private dock for boating. This sunny house has three bedrooms and a sleeping loft on the main level, plus a sofa bed and optional additional master suite (large BR and bathroom w/ shower, see below for details*) in the newly remodeled basement. The living room has vaulted ceilings with tall windows and a gas fireplace. There's a new wrap-around deck with a gas grill. The basement game room has ping-pong, Foosball, a large TV and more. Outside your whole family can enjoy the canoe, two kayaks and a fishing boat with a motor, and play in the large yard. In summer you'll get beach passes for the swimming beach that's a short bike ride down the street, as well as access to the community's two pools, tennis court and playgrounds.
