Fair - ★★

They offered me $175 to extend my trip by one more night. When i said I was interested, they then said the price was $239. It's such a shady way to do business. Not ok with it!

Disappointed in unit's cleanliness

We checked in at 5pm, 1hr after standard check in time. Unit had been inspected and approved to occupy by property manager. Shower doors had soap scum, there was mold in the shower, the previous guests' used bar of soap still in the shower soap dish, sand everywhere on the floors, carpet had not been vaccumed, there were no dish/kitchen linnens, only 4 bath cloths in the whole condo (I had to go purchase some), the sheets were turned wrong on the beds, there was toothpaste splattered on the mirrors in the bathrooms...just to name a few things. I could go on. When I made the property office manager aware that I had spent most of my 1st hours there cleaning the unit for my family to enjoy, she did offer me free tickets to a nearby attraction of my choice and said she would "let housekeeping know" of the complaint. The back patio by the pool needs resurfacing as the pebbels are chipping and hurt my children's feet when walking on it. Prices are going up by $1,000.00 per week next year. Its sad that condition of these units keep going down.

Overall Stay was Great

Would highly recommend ... everything was just as I expected. Quiet, comfortable, clean, well landscaped. The unit provided almost everything we needed for the entire week. I say almost because you need to be prepared to bring your own TP and garbage bags ... there was only a partial roll of TP in each bathroom and only 1 garbage bag provided for a weeks stay for 4 people. Not knowing this I needed to make an extra trip to the store to retrieve these items. Not such a big deal but it would have been more convenient to know prior to my arrival so i could have picked them up when I did my groceries before check in. Again, I would highly recommend this place.

Did not feel welcome

The owners of the condos who were staying on site while we were there harrassed members of our group, including our children. We could not enjoy the pool area. One owner had 3 large floats in the pool for herself and her 2 guests, which is against the property rules, it's #6 on the pool rules listed on the fence actually. I found it hard to visualize my children while they were swimming due to these massive trendy floats. Also our unit had a horrible master bedroom mattress. It was old and I could feel the springs when I was on it. The outside deck area needs to be replaced. There was alot of trash and leaves on it and the rocks hurt our feet.

Nothing major, but we had to pitch 2 pottery cereal bowls and 1 rocks glass because they were cracked. Could use some decent plastic glasses that can go to the pool. Also the round wicker chair should really be replaced. It's tippy and only small adults or children seem to be able to use it safely. Also, the patio furniture was pretty moldy. Probably could use a good power washing once in a while.
