This Luxury Villa welcomes you and your guests to your own PARADISE. “Designer HEATED ” pool with cascading waterfalls and attached shallow pools for smaller children, integrated 12 person whirlpool.
Roof top Palapa allowing you to take a relaxing nap’s in the hammocks.
The tropical landscape boasts hundreds of palm trees and plants and provides you with 100% privacy. The beach is a short 1 minute walk away. Free snorkeling & swimming with giant turtles (with 1 week minimum rental) is included as well as snorkeling in our private Calleta located south of Playa Del Carmen (car and snorkeling gear needed, Caletta not suitable for little kids, only the turtles ).
Luxurious spacious Mahogany kitchen with granite counter tops with all the amenities you ever need are at your disposal, or sit back and relax and let the Chef prepare your meals for you.
Everybody has a Luxury bed to sleep, (NO blow up cheap air beds used in this Luxury Villa). Crib and High Chair for baby is available as well, assuring the little once will have a good night’s rest or afternoon nap.

Master bedrooms highlights:
Super large Master Suite with King size Bed. Extra large private bathroom - showers as well as double sinks and designer tile work. Fine linens are provided in all bathrooms for your enjoyment and use, enabling you to get ready for the special occasion or night out.
Second bedroom has also Luxury King size bed.
3rd Bedroom has 2 twin beds each which can be easily converted to king . Additional sleeping is provided on 2 additional twin beds. Sleeping area is also provided on the main floor for people having difficulties going up the stairs.
Baby crib, High chair, Kids plates and glasses are provided as needed.

Beach:
Only 1 minute walk to the Caribbean Sea. Our beach is rated one of the 10 best in the world by Discovery Channel and Travelers Channel. Endless walks on the beach or at night watching the giant turtles (during season) laying their eggs will become the ultimate highlight of your vacation. Swimming and snorkeling is another great highlight at the beach, watching the coral fish and maybe even catch one for dinner. Live lobsters (when in season) or fish can be purchased directly at the villa when the local fishermen return form spear fishing with the days’ catch.
Jet ski rental, parasailing, snorkeling tours, and diving are located 1 minute walk from the Villa.

Garden and Pool:
2nd to none is the landscape with over 8000 plants and palms within the property. The tropical landscape surrounds the swimming pool. Outside decks with over 1000 sq foot are furnished with seating as well as tables for the special outdoor occasion. BBQ's are provided for grilling the fresh catch of the day. The pool has its own lounge chairs for relaxation.
